My only problem so far and it's a big one, is the electric RBSM golf trolley that I purchased in July of 2021. It took a month to arrive, which was fine, but I only got to use it five times before it stopped working completely! JGS sent my concern to RBSM Sports and since then I have had nothing but a run-around! I still do not have a working cart and it's now October 21, 2021. I want to return the dysfunctional cart for a refund, but all my requests are being avoided. I'm very unhappy and frustrated. This item cost $1115 and I have nothing to show for it!”
