“Work done in itself was perfect. However, very shocked and disappointed in the pricing. Not competitive at all. I really felt ripped off. Far more expensive that any of the other tyre- businesses. I find a price of £180 for two tyres a rip-off especially as it is "no-name"/unbranded budget tyres. Only reason I proceeded with the job was that I was in a situation that I did not really have alternative options to go to other places.”

“I had an issue with ONE of my tyres which Mercedes seemed incapable of solving and another brand name fitting service wanted to charge me over £300 for 4 new tyres and wheel alignment as well. Went to Just Tyres and they were so helpful. Even though they confirmed that 4 new tyres were needed, they came up with a reasonable price including wheel alignment and regular checks on my tyres to help them last longer. Stuart even let me watch the process, explaining what was happening. He said it probably wasn't the valve (Mercedes had charged £21 for that) but a bad sealing round the tyre which was causing it to deflate. I found Lee and Stuart to be very helpful and nice guys. Thank you. Caz x”

“I've been elsewhere, but keep coming back to Just Tyres in Old Stratford. I feel I am being treated fairly and with respect; some other places you feel as if you are a nuisance.”

“Friendly and helpful service from Alex at the Wokingham branch. Reasonable price, though not the best. Decided to give them the business as they were very convenient to where I live.”

“Re: Saint Neots Branch Very impressed with the service... I was able to be seen 10 minutes before they were officially open to determine fault with my tyre. Professional service, good advice and great prices, Branch manager was very knowledgeable.. was advised of that weeks deal which I took. Would definitely come back and recommend to my friends.”

“Good service, Good product, High price, I am very happy with the service, however one suggestion I would like to make is, put your local telephone number on all paperwork, the central telephone number appears to be continually busy. This potentially, could be losing you thousands of pounds of business.”
