“Bought two new front tyres at chesterfield branch and dealt with a very friendly and helpful chap called Derek. Highly recommended and will definitely use again.”

“I chose Just Tyres as I had previously been impressed with the service given. The staff, (at Aylesbury branch), were different from previous visit but they displayed the same helpful courteous manner and offered impartial information/options/advise and ultimately provided good service and products at a competitive price.”

“Same experience as a previous reviewer. Sold x3 Imperial tyres for £85 each, had to pay extra for wheel balance etc. Went onto website and can get premium michellin tyres for £84 and that includes all the extras ie wheel balancing. Don't normally write reviews but have a feeling I have been "ripped off". Will not be using this company again.”

“I feel I paid 'over the odds' for the 'middle of the road' tyres recently fitted. I have just had a MOT by a Ford Garage and they informed me the front tyres (not the ones you fitted) will need replacing in the near future and quoted £97 each fitted inclusive of VAT”

“Roger at the Buckingham centre has over the past couple of months provided me with outstanding service. I have had 2 new complete sets of tyres from him for 2 of my cars as well as a set of rears tyres for my third car. I have to say he has delivered on service to the customer. He has often been working on his own yet he still manages to provide service with a smile and with total professionalism, well done and thank you. Wish everyone was as dedicated to customer service as Roger is.”

“Very attentive staff and provided the tyres wanted in a reasonable time. However, the facilities at the High Wycombe depot were very basic: toilets could be much cleaner and need decorating; waiting area very basic with very uncomfortable plastic chairs; no drinks or TV facilities, etc. Posters very informative but not followed up by the staff, for instance, one poster states to check the security of wheel nuts after 30-50 miles - not mentioned by the staff.”

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for us, however, we were very sorry to learn of your disappointment with some of our facilities within our High Wycombe fitting centre. Our aim is to provide our customers with a positive experience both in the purchase of tyres and the service they receive so we apologise for these falling short on this occasion. From your feedback we can see that we need to review the cleaning schedules of the facilities to ensure that no other customer encounters this same issue and we would like to thank you for bringing this to our attention. All of our staff should ask customers to pop back for a wheel nut check (or if this is not possible a reminder to check their own) so I was disappointed to learn that this has not happened during your visit. We will address this with the team at High Wycombe and provide additional training and reminders as necessary.
