I returned order number 4580157, it was received by you 4/1/19 but I still have not gotten a refund. The message I keep getting customer service is that is has been processed and may take a few days to hit my bank. Sorry but 22 days is way too long but I cannot get help!

This company has the worst return policy for an unused item that i've ever seen. Very poor customer service. I will never use this company again. I am telling everyone I know to avoid this company at all cost. As I am in the adult entertainment industry I can reach a lot of people so they made a big mistake.

The product was very disappointing. No power. When I wanted to return it they said I would only get 50% of paid price. It said on the purchase page that it had a full refund. Not telling you if you take it out of the bag it’s only 50%. Very misleading. How would you try it if you don’t take it out of the bag? When I called the customer service wasn’t any better. I also wanted this to be private and the emails I got came with my first blush. That’s not private.

horrible customer service ( ya if they had one ) is the worst i've seen. days to respond. nonsense emails to give you the run around products are way over priced and good luck if you don't receive your item. Even though you purchased insurance....you are on your own ! I have dealt with many adult companies and they are always right away to make things right. Here they dont care at all Get on the phone with your credit card company and stop the payment !

Upon receiving my product I was super anxious & excited to only be totally let down....the vibrator was very thin & the battery life was horrible! A freaking waste of money and time, wish I could get a refund or replacement, totally dissatisfied!

The product is fine. After ordering it, I received many many raunchy emails inviting me to purchase sex toys in which I had no interest. I unsubscribed and those seem to have stopped, but now I am receiving multiple emails asking for feedback. If you want to be electronically hounded, then buy from this company. I won't again.

My order was lost in shipping. Emiled customer service and got; did u look, followed by take it up with usps ; followed by we need to do a shipping investigation and we Might be able to send a replacement. I will never order from here again
