Customer service was horrible. I explained my problem and, per the representative's request, how I would like things to be resolved 4 times in clear terms. It was not a difficult request to understand. Ultimately, he never understood, and my issue was not resolved.

The toy I bought said waterproof I used it once and now there is battery acid all inside and burnt my fingers trying to get the batteries out. I would like a refund.

I returned an unused item and I never received a refund. When I finally got through (numerous times when calling the phone rang once and then beeped before disconnecting) and explained my situation I was informed that the item was sent to a different address for 'used items', even though my husband clearly and accurately informed customer service that item had not been used. I was promised a return call from a manager to clear this up but that never happened. Now experiencing the same disconnect when calling. This is no way to treat anyone.

I ordered by phone no confromation order ..Given two wrong tracking orders. They (ups )that it was not sent the person on phone said i was definitely charged,??what?unless 66092 is it ? Really
