The product was very cheaply constructed of flimsy materials. I don't feel it would have been safe or hygienic, so I immediately threw it away. It was a complete waste of money.

Horrible experience their 90-day return policy is a complete lie! I spent over 100$ on a lelo vibrator and open the box to check the intensity and they would only give me half my money back in credit! I have been buying from them for a long time but never again!!

Some advice to prospective customers. Be very, careful before you order and read the return policy. The claim that they honor returns and refunds within the first 90 days for any reason. However, a disclaimer says they will only refund 50% if the product is opened from it's packaging. The product I ordered was simply too small (no brag, just fact) and now that i have the product I learn that I can't return it. Now how in the heck would I know it was too small if I didn't take it out of it's packaging? My first blush order is my last!

The compartment for batteries wa too small and the batteries wouldn't fit. When I tried to force the batteries in, the coil on one of the battery slots broke an rendered the device useless, never having been used. The return policy was ridiculous with the provision that only half of the purchase price would be applied if the package had been opened. How can one know if the device is usable before opening the package. And then the portion of the purchase price has to be applied to another purchase. Ridiculous. I called the contact number to speak with someone on several occasions and the call was never answered. Needless to say, a totally unsatisfactory experience. I will certainly not be using your services again.

I received a confirmation that item was shipped and delivered to mailbox, however I never received the item, the company told me to track it down and to call Post office, I tried, nothing. 👎

I was supposed to receive my order in 5-7 days when I ordered my products in September. Now it’s October 14th and still haven’t received my orders. I’m very disappointed that it’s taking so long to receive my products.
