I really don't like that i cant reach anyone or talk to anyone. I place order April 23rd. Big ole lie ! Order delivery 3 to 5 days. I am not pleased. I swear i hope i didnt get ripped off. Im like what the hellllll. I dont want no store CREDIT!!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK ON MY CARD!!! I DONT EVEN WANT YOUR PRODUCTS NOW. PLEASE. STOP SENDING ME ADVERTISEMENTS OF MORE PRODUCTS TO BUY WHEN YOU CANT DELIVER MY ORDER. SOME NERVE!!

I placed an order on April 22nd, I haven't received an email saying my order has even shipped. I've called numerous times and sent multiple emails, I've gotten zero response from the company. I've opened a claim dispute with PayPal to hopefully get my money back. I will never buy from this company again and I won't recommend them. Shitty company, don't spend your money here.

I placed an order on April 21st and have not received it or any email letting me know when or if it is shipping out. I have sent many emails and have tried calling your customer service. This has been an ongoing problem. My original order was in February and was out of stock. I have placed several orders after that with each of them being out of stock and receiving gift cards in place of a refund. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of care you guys have with your customers. I would appreciate my order being fulfilled or refunded back into my bank so I can take my business elsewhere.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!! I find it absolutely ridiculous how unprofessional this experience has been, despite me spending a decent amount of money on their products. How in the world are they a functioning business? Their website lies saying they email back within 24 hours. I’ve been reaching out to them all week via email AND phone without any response!! My purchase was supposed to arrive 2 days ago and I have yet to receive an email on its status!! IS THIS A SCAM?!

IS THIS A SCAM?! My order was supposed to be delivered 2 days ago and I still haven’t received an email on it’s status. I’ve emailed and left voicemails all week, but still have not heard back from anyone!! This absolutely ridiculous. DON’T BUY FROM HERE!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered my product April 24th, it is now April 30th and I still haven't received a confirmation email with my tracking number so it hasn't been shipped yet and there is no indication when they will ship it. I cant get anyone on the phone because their number is NOT working. I emailed the company multiple times but still have not heard back from anyone at My First Blush. You took my money but still haven't delivered your product. Very unsatisfied with this company.

A couple that I know suggested My First Blush to me they said they haven't had any problems with their orders. I placed an order on April 18th and it is April 21st and the fulfillment status on my order still say unfulfilled, it says order will be processed within 24 to 48 hours. I am very displeased with this company and I will not order anything else from them and if I am asked about the website I intent to suggest they use a different company.

Like others, I am disappointed and, frankly, angry that there is FALSE INFORMATION ON THE RETURN POLICY, which clearly states that the buyer has 90 days to return "for any reason." First, it turns out that you can only ask for a refund if the packaging is not open. (So you can only return it if the packaging doesn't look right. Hmmm) Second, after many calls and emails, I was offered a 50% credit towards another purchase BUT their customer service only provided a "gift card" on a link that just brings me back to their website. Not much help there. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS MERCHANT!!!

Ordered almost 2 weeks ago I paid 150 for mine it arrived I put the batteries in it didn’t work I thought maybe I put them in wrong I didn’t. It’s impossible to get threw to this company finally did a replacement was supposed to be on its way guess what nothing was on its way because then they told me it was out of stock they couldn’t of told me that before.they where only giving me 129 back in store credit so because they are out of stock I was supposed to pay, no way I finally got my 150 back in store credit now wish me luck in trying to get my 150 dollars credit off of another item I am ordering, never again too many other companies out there they actually care about their customers

I called them the same day I made the order to select a courier of my choice even if it meant I had to pay extra, their representative informed me that my order was processed through a different courier and I couldn't change it. I asked for a cancellation and was also informed that I couldn't cancel. They said my order was processed, strange thing given the fact that I haven't received a shipping confirmation yet.

As soon as i opened the package i got a strong sour smell from the item. I sanitized it and boiled it for 5 minutes and the stench was still very present. Have not used it. But it right back in the box.
