Horrible! My minor nieces thought it would be funny to order from this site and deliver to me. I contacted MINDFUL immediately and they would not cancel order. It took forever to arrive, and my nieces confiscated it. I should contact my AG's office regarding this matter! You should have canceled the order when I told you a minor was involved, not shipped it anyway! Disassociate me from this website!!

Completely disappointed in your company. Ordered an item and it has never arrived. Talked with someone , had them verify the shipping address and still nothing. Will never recommend you to anyone .

Will never buy anything with you Mindful!! And I will never recommend you either, you now for how much? 12.00 dls. ,But I am talking about trust, you guys never send me my order complete, I have talked to 2 people and both have promised to send me my lubricant ☹️ and guess what, I never got it!!!

item purchased does not work with several new batteries installed, does not vibrate. Trying to attempt to contact a rep at 844 892 8399 no luck so far, please help as it has a one year warranty and I just purchased it less than 30 days ago

I already sent a complaint by email regarding my order - I received a poor excuse of an apology- I opted not to email any further - I will not order from this site ever again. My package arrived opened and falling out - the person delivering it was a client of mine - it was a highly Embarrassing situation and i was not satisfied with the apology- and my business reputation can be highly effected by this- again I will not order from this site- extremely unprofessional.

They allowed me to buy an item out of stock, took my money, didn't get any communication for 2 weeks, then tried to give me store credit so I can pay for shipping and insurance again for the product which they might eventually have again at some point in the future. The label included in the package only had 1 of the 2 items listed, so this wasn't a mistake. They knew what they were doing. They're a bunch of thieves.

I've been waiting on my order for two weeks I won't answer the phone customer service they won't return the calls I spent $167 that's on my credit card and if I'm not going to get it I want it returned I don't care about the covid-19 ever you keep giving people to run around and you keep telling me you don't have my email and you don't have my name and you don't have my credit card and you're blaming it all on the distributors FedEx so somebody better get the poop together he's not marry very many people are going to like it and I don't like it I ordered $130 worth of a product and spent $49 on Express and this is what I got so if you're getting this call customer service telephone Wade Hitchcock wants his order my telephone number is 1 573 541 1940 and you have my credit card information and it took my money off of it because it's off my card and I would like to redeem my money or get my product

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. My order first of all took FOREVER to get here but aside from that I tried emailing and calling never for a response and nobody answered the phone. When what I ordered finally got here it broke by the end of the night. WOULD MOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL. Save yourself the frustration and shop with a more professional company.

ITS BEEN TWO WEEKS AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS NOT RESPONDED TO ANY OF MY VOICEMAILS OR EMAILS! I AM TRYING TO RETURN A PACKAGE AND THERE IS NO RETURN ADDRESS OR DETAILED INFO ON HOW TO START THIS PROCESS ON THE WEBSITE. Are you really sorry for POOR SERVICE? Delivered part of my $155 order THEY NEVER RETURNED ONE E-MAIL (3) THEY NEVER RETURNED ONE PHONE CALL AS THEY PROMISED COMMUNICATION IS THE KEY! MYFIRST BLUSH FAIL IN COMMUNICATION I WILL NOT DO BUSINESS TO THESE UNRELIABLE PEOPLE AGAIN.
