What bothers me is that according to the tracking, it took 8 1/2 DAYS for my order to get from Solon, Ohio (50 miles from me) to my mailbox! REALLY!?

Product arrived damaged, I was assured it would be replaced when I finally got to speak to someone the main problem was trying to contact Mindfull they do not answer the phone or return text messages, when I finally spoke to someone she was very nice

Mindful has great toys and great customer service. I love their 90-day return policy. if the product doesn’t meet your expectations, you have options to available to return, exchange or receive store credit. I’m looking forward to purchasing again soon.

While the customer service reps were very nice when I would hear from them, I had several emails go unanswered. Then the packaging were bags, my opinion box's would make it more private.

Loved the lube. The penguin isn't very strong - really don't like. The mystery gift is for a him of which I don't have right now.it because of the lube I gave 3 stars.

I did not enjoy my purchase the strap on hoster is not of good quality and began to unravel imediately . so I cant use it' and it was suppose to come with vibrateing action. i found it to be a heavy piece of rubber that the hoster dont support. not way to charge
