Well , I made a purchase at the beginning of the month and one attempt was made to deliver the item. Which supposedly failed. Which is a first because FedEx, USPS and the US Mail have never had a problem. So I guess I should be expecting a refund!

there is no way to reach you. the phone is n e v e r answered, and you never get a responses to any emails sent to you. the only thing you do is badger me with email sales. i will not be dealing with you again.

I had an issue with one product. Your company immediately refunded my credit card. Serena has been very helpful to me. I now have a new vibrator that I love the Satisfyer Pro 2. My sister will be ordering from you soon. I have told many girlfriends about your products, they are amazing!! Thank you.

Spent extra to have items shipped quickly, but only the items to use with the main thing arrived. Called several times, was given diffeeent reasons, & dates item would arrive. It finally did, but was a disappointment, as was a gift, & did not recieve together.
