“Helped me quit the awful habit of smoking for 40 years. Startee using them 2 years ago. But I am switching to something else. Tired of the pods always leaking. I only purchase at one local CircleK, have 4 devices- which I replace now and then. Seems like every 3rd box of pods I purchase leak the liquid. They are too expensive to throw in the trash. And I am sick of wiping them off & getting the oil in my mouth. Awful quality control”

“Albeit easy to use a quick to charge the pods provided by the juul company are tasteless. Thankfully its just as easy to refill the pods with an alternate liquid, although not reccomended (to make you keep buying tasteless pods) its absolutely fine. I have to say i love the look of the device and the simplicity to it, quick delivery and everything was exactly as described (apart from flavours.)”

“I was a smoker for over 20 yrs. And never thought id quit cigarettes. So for that i am thankful for Juul . My only complaint is that i pay for these Juul pods (Virginia tobacco) and enjoy them but they leak terrible and they are super expensive here in Dallas. What can y'all do to jelp me with this”

“You people complaining that it doesnt last very long... smoke the way u would smoke a cigarette. Dang, all ths hospitalization over vaping. Damn dummies arent suppose to take a Full Breath filled wth vape! U dont smoke a cig. or anything like that. Why vape like that? Smoking is not a contest of who can exhale th most smoke.”

“Good thing isJuul has helped me quit cigarettes, it has been 4 weeks. Bad thing is, i can feel the side effects of this product..get a weird sore throat, and get very light headed after using it. So many scary things on the news about this product every day I called1-800-quit now..they are sending free Nicorette gum .”

“I see a lot of reviews saying they purposely leak, they don’t charge, etc. I have had about 4-5 juul over the past two years due to losing some, some not charging, some leaking etc. what you need to do to your juul every other day is take rubbing alcohol & remove your pod use a qtip to clean inside lightly. The red juul I’ve purchased has lasted me a WHILE. I use not juul pods but the juul compatible pods ( they have better flavors! ) the pods are really expensive and don’t last a while for me. The best thing purchasing and using the juul is not smoking cigs. Juul has taught me to HATE them. They are disgusting. The only downside is smoking it for 2 years+ I’ve developed a nausea and anxiety problem. Nicotine is poison to the brain I forgot that and now I’m paying for it!”

“Juul didn't make me happy. Pods dont last and has many bubbles which you have to tap out. The flavors are a no go. Myblu is way better! Chalk it up to loss of 50 bucks.”

“I like the Juul but the pods run out to quick as you get a big glob of the liquid in your mouth and makes you want to vomit besides that they are good. I am a auto delivery customer. Juul please address the problem.”

“The Juul is great when it works! Sometimes the whole pack of cartridges are “syrupy” and unsmokable . Sometimes the chargers work and sometimes they don’t. Sometimes the Juul charges and sometimes it don’t. It’s just not reliable. If you’re a diehard cigarette smoker trying to switch to the juul I suggest you buy five juuls and five separate packages of cartridges so you can to get your nicotine fix.”

“in the middle of quitting, but this helps, yet the pod shoots out the liquid too much, I researched and tried other product and this was the less harmful but it shoots out the liquid too much and makes you caught too much.”

“They changed the mango formula from the original. If you buy a mango pack with "5.0%" at the top right corner... you're probably getting a faulty pod. They constantly leak and its pretty annoying. The new mango flavor also sucks compared to the original.. I'm not sure why they would even change it because that original flavor was so great and popular. If they changed it because t was attracting the minor crowd... well the new mango is actually fruitier, but due to the leaking of EVERY POD that comes from a 5.0% pack it's not even worth it. I use my juul everyday, but if I can't find the original formula I'm no longer going to be buying it. I'm giving them 3 stars because the device is convenient. If they offered the originally mango pod it would be 5 stars all the way.”

“Received as a Christmas present from my husband to help me quit smoking, started using it the very next day. It took awhile to get use to it and the sample flavors were o.k I only liked 2 out of the 4 which was fine. By week 3 I found cucumber flavor which worked great for me then it just died gave me a bad taste in my mouth the died, it does nothing now. Just as I was getting it boy did that suck. And because it was a gift I have no proof of purchase so no warranty. I did however purchase another one hopefully it last longer than 3 weeks. If it lasted longer I would have given it 5 stars this is more like 3 and a half not quite 4”

“I love JUUL, however, I encountered at least one leaking pod per package, ever since I started using JUUL, since November 2018. I wish they can replace those, because when it leaks, I have to throw it away and makes me feel like I'm wasting money as well.”

“Super sleek design and easy to use. Easy use packets is a great improvement over having to worry about coils or bottles of juice. I only gave it 3 stars because it has some setbacks. 1. Very limited flavor options and most I did not like at all. 2. Vape volume is a bit limited. It's ok but wish it produced just a little more vapor. 3. Nicotine levels are all mostly 5 and would like to see some more 3 options. Overall I like it and will use it especially for travel. Hopefully they keep adding to it.”

“It’s ok! It’s small so I loose it a lot lol and the pods cost a lot! I think anyways ..sometimes it doesn’t stay charged For very long that’s annoying when I’m working and want it but other then tht it’s ok”
