Juuls, They suck, go with literally any other company. Though they are raking in cash their ONLY valid selling point is that they conveniently at gas stations. There pods leak into the device and into your mouth. Battery life is good for 2-3weeks tops. They lie and are dishonest about warranty practices. There customer service is garbage so is their online account system. Vuse is a better product but recommend going with online products/brands and ordering in advance. WHATEVER YOU DO DONT GET A JUUL!!

What a waste of money! I was using Vibe Vuse with cartridges but the electric pen finally died after many years and can't find any to purchase in stores. Due to new laws on vaping, shipping is not permitted. I bought a 4-pack of Juul pods and pen at a local 7-11. To my dismay, each one only lasted one day (the Vibe cartridge lasted 5 days as I don't vape much). I wish I'd kept my receipt. After reading other posts here, they must've leaked before being used. I am miffed.

Batteries go out all the time. They also clog up a huge amount of time. I toss 50% of batteries every month they are that bad. I have experience so trust this post. 7 years of battle. Giving up.

The concept is perfect, if the design could follow suit. I have been a loyal juul user for 3 years and today will be the last day. For 3 years I have been buying pods and dealing with the fact that at least 2 out of 4 leak out completely. I continuously replace the devices because after the pods leak into them, they never work right again. I am now buying 2 devices a month and throwing away several pods a week. I get that the occasional pod may leak, but 50% is unacceptable. Throwing away money is not something I can do anymore. Time to move on to another option. This is such a disappointment because I really did love the idea and convenience. Such a shame they can’t make a reliable product.

Great draw simulation BUT leaky pods and you never know when you'll get a mouthful of toxic oil.Yuck!!!

I loved the Virginia tobacco but the past three months, all the pods I got were leaking to the point where a non leaking one lasted me two days. The leaking ones last a few hrs till it’s empty... and then! The past few pods I’ve gotten taste like SOAP. I don’t know if they messed up their ingredients or changed them but I’m really tired of wasting my money hoping that I get a good pack.

Until recently, I have had no complaints about Juul, they have a better price than buying in a store, and free shipping with a reasonable minimum order, which is easy to meet when you are buying a product you are addicted to and will buy and use, I usually order a few weeks worth every three weeks, always buying enough and re-ordering before I know I'll need more. Even before the pandemic I was unable to go to a store for my purchases, as I am a caregiver with no back up help for my mom who is home-bound, and we do all of our shopping online for delivery. I don't know of any store that will deliver tobacco products. But as of my last order, which went in on December 1st, and would normally have been delivered no later than December 4th at the very latest, I still haven't received the order as of today, December 9th and have been told by a rep of the customer service department that doesn't see the problem of someone in my situation that it won't be shipped for ANOTHER 2-3 days, even at this point, apparently, they got behind during the Thanksgiving holiday, November 28th, and I suppose they took off that Friday, too. Still, the label was printed, the USPS website has noted that they are awaiting receipt, all since the first, and the money was taken from my account on the third. Bear in mind, as well, that there was no warning on the website when I placed my order - the standard information saying my order would arrive in 2-3 business days was right there on my confirmation page. Not one word, even at a time when they must have fully known if they would be running so far behind in mailing out orders. I contacted Customer Service, and they are going to credit me 10% off my order, but nothing about rushing the order, and honestly, although most people are not in the position I'm in as a caregiver who cannot leave to buy the product from a retail location, getting some money back is not going to help my addiction and even keeping it at bay, anyone who has tried to quit smoking knows how hard it is to quit, especially cold turkey. I am just going to have to suffer withdrawals unless I can somehow find someone to go to the store to buy these for me. People don't understand how hard it is to be a sole caregiver to a homebound person, especially when there's a pandemic, both of us have at least two comorbities, and I don't have much of a support system to count on. Sadly, my Mom who I care for, was in the hospital for 5 days, but I was able to buy a two pack on the 2nd when she went in, and when the order status STILL hadn't changed and I'd gotten no notification about the delay, I did get out to buy a 4 pack on Saturday morning, but they are all gone now, and anyone who smokes knows this is when things get tough. If they had sent me word that this delay was happening, I would have bought as many 4 packs as I needed to get by until I got the order, but as I said, until I contacted them, they gave me no warning this was happening. Where once I was really happy with this mail order service, I am very much not at all happy about it right now. This isn't like not getting a Christmas present you ordered for someone a week late, but still before the 25th, as you can imagine. I did just read other reviews, and I do want to say as a product, this is my favorite of all the many I have tried. I use the 3% and it's just the right strength, and the flavor is just right for me. My problem is not at all with the product, or the normal shipping time, but with this specific incident and how they handled it.

I like the menthol Juul Pods, however each of the last three packs has had two to four pods that leak vape juice into your mouth when you take a hit. This has caused me to waste a lot of them and making me rethink using Juul

The worst customer service EVER. I've tried on 4 different occasions to reach customer service & every time gets routed to Guatemala & other South American countries. They are not able to resolve Anything!! I received an charging case that just stopped working after 5 weeks - cheaply made and poor quality. For an existing customer of record, one would think they would say sorry & send another. After 45 mins- nothing. JUUL does not know how to care for their customers - no chance of speaking to anyone in U.S.

I have to buy a new pack every 3/4 days because every juul pod I put in leaks and I’m over spending $20 on pods that just leak as soon as I open them

I love Juul but now a rip off! The last few months they leak terribly so now I costs twice as much so going to find a different brand!

I used to love juul it helped me quit smoking slowly. But recently after the vape ban and when they came back. Every single juul pod I have bought from the brand juul or any off brand, have all leaked. From any store I bought them or anything I’ve done to make them not leak, they have all leaked and I am tired of it. it feels like a waste of money. I also have 4 juul batteries and they all do the same. But before the ban I would have this problem but not with every single pod I buy.

Too away flavored pods. Stores stopped selling them asking with the pods. On a walk with my dog it seemed like all the juice was gone & started having no flavor or puff either & this is my first experience. Anyone recommend a better brand? If recommend making them more round around the mouthpiece as well as the body so holding it feels more like a cig. Need more development. Send like a beta product instead of a finished & tested brand. What sites do you recommend buying from since I wouldn't know if I was getting a fake one before it got to me. Thanks. "eh". When working send ok but poorly made, especially the pods. Thanks

Juul did help me quit smoking, which was a miracle. Soon after, i started to find myself with vape in hand all day. I started getting a deep ache in my chest, numbness in my hands and arms, as well as my face at times, and shortness of breath. I decided to quit Juul 4 weeks ago and finally starting to feel better. I think Juul could be a great tool in quitting smoking when used in a controlled way (Perhaps prescribed by a doctor) as it erased any desire to smoke cigarettes again.

I really enjoy the Juul "WHEN" it works. I am on my 4th one since March. Can't get more than a month or so out of it. The first completely stopped working, the second and third couldn't hold a charge more than an hour or so. And again the third and now 4th rarely connect to the pods even after thoroughly cleaning.

It angers me when I pay almost 30 dollars for four cartridges and two out of the four get juice in my mouth. plus I want a strong hit every time. if I'm going to pay top dollar make sure your product is eficient.
