“Lately the juul pods have been leaking really bad into the device and into my mouth. The pods only last half of the day.. during that time I'm pulling them out to clean the salts off of the metal prongs”

“The machine itself isn’t bad so far. As I have only owned it for a week. But I really don’t like the fact that four pods cost 16$ and each pod only has one millimeter of oil. Normally you can get 30 miles for the same price. So if these prices become the industry standard we all are going to end up paying cigarette prices for vape oil. Which is unacceptable”

“I have bought two in the last 8 months. The charge doesn’t last long. The draw and vapor smoke is weak. I’m switching to a more expensive vape pen. This juul is not worth the money. I’m throwing mine out. I don’t recommend this device!!”

“I am on my 6th Juul. This product has a shelf life of 2-6 months. The pods WILL leak. It’s easy to clean, but eventually they will die on you. That’s what they do. It’s a shame the costs are so high for the stick and pods. I gave it 2 stars and not 1 star because it serves a purpose. I just wish the company listens to the messages in all the reviews and make changes in their pod design and lowers it’s costs. I will definitely jump to another brand once I find 1 that is not flawed and is at a fair price.”

“They are good, WHEN THEY WORK! Why do I get so many defective cartridges? The more you pull, the less vapor.”

“Tried Juul for 2 weeks. Cartridges are expensive, and they don't last very long. 8 out of 10 cartridges leaked through the mouth piece, covering my lips with the oils. Not a pleasant experience. I found another product that I consider superior to Juul.”

“This COULD be a great product! Really! But... I'm a little frustrated. Leaking pods and after a time, unchargeable device. Same reviews I’m reading over and over. I can really see this product help me quit cigarettes if they up the quality. It’s my favorite so far but it just won’t work. IF I buy another one (between my husband and I we have both bought two) I’m saving the receipt to see if I can get a refund or exchange.”

“I smoke menthol, my boyfriend smokes full flavor juul. There's NOT MUCH DIFFERENCE AT ALL between the 2, except there is a very slight mint flavor if we get them mixed up. Can you all not make the menthol ACTUALLY MENTHOL not a semi- strong mint??? Seriously”

“I've had the juul for a couple of weeks now and am not satisfied with it much at all. They tell you that a fully charged battery will last approximately as long as the liquid pod and it's nowhere even close to that. I have to charge my battery about three times to get through a fresh e-pod. if you decide to go with this system, be sure to get an extra battery, you'll need it. I thought mine was defective and let them know and they shipped out a new one, free of charge, really fast. It's the same as the first. Their customer service responded quickly but didn't have anywhere to describe the nature of the problem. It's almost like they don't want to know. Second, it doesn't really produce much smoke, which is part of the experience, for me anyway. The flavors aren't bad, but I like to see the smoke to make me feel like I'm smoking a regular cigarette. I want to quit, that's why I got it in the first place. 3rd, the thing is that it just doesn't feel good in your hand, it has square sides and sharp corners. My other brand, is more rounded and I sort of roll it between my finders to give me something to do with my hands, again, part of the smoking experience. The pods tend to leak also which is another issue, I hate the taste of the raw nicotine/fluid. I would not recommend this system to a friend, there much better ones out there, for less money. I reviewed the product here because, on their website, they want you to jump through all kinds of hoops and more or less demand a staged selfie for their product page. I have a feeling you won't see many, if any, negative reviews there. I think requiring a photograph is a bit much as I don't work for them, I'm just (was) a customer. Before spending your hard earned money on this device, shop around a little. I've settled on the Blu. I like the feel, taste, amount of smoke produced, and you can get refills just about anywhere.”

“The batter life on these is a complete joke!! Your lucky to get 1 hour of batt life. It's only convenient if your home or always close to a charger. Not something you can depend on for long trips. This device coast 30 dollars I've had dollar store items with longer batt life.... dont be fooled by this product 10 dollars would of been worth it.”

“Juul 3% Virginia Tobacco is like water. I’m going through 2-3 a day!!! I’ve never been over a pack a day smoker. 5% lasted much longer than these. I’m 44 and smoked for almost 30yrs. I quit smoking months ago because of Juul, but now I’m stuck paying hundreds a month for the 3%. I’m so upset!”

“Though the juul has helped me stop smoking, the small size of the charger has caused me to be on now the 3rd one which is a big inconvenience both time wise and cost wise. 10.88 for a replacement charger in store. Alto isnt quite the same but at least their charger is on a cord so its not as easily misplaced.”

“The pods are not reliable and they leak. Not all of them. So far 2 out of 4 work. The other two are junk. I like Juul when it works. They need to QA the pods before they sell them. I use Enjoy as well. The only problem I had with them is every now and then I get a dud.”

“I purchased the juul starter kit awhile back and everything was great. I ordered some new pods when I received them. They have no taste they are nothing like the ones I received when I purchased it the first time. Very disappointed. Will not be ordering again.”

“The reviews on their website are of course great! just so you know the lie about ALL of their promotions and coupons! Always have an excuse why you weren't eligible for that coupon or promotion when it's clearly stated on the add you are. customer service is a JOKE! The only reason I order online is because they stopped selling mango at the stores!”
