I have ordered from this site on a few occasions and find their clothes are excellent quality and fit. Great customer service and delivery !

Honestly the most useless company with the most unhelpful customer service. Ordered an item which turned out to be out of stock so they said it would take a month. Asked to cancel and had the phone put down on me several times. Last lady assured me it would be cancelled and they will contact me about a refund. Never happened, next week they send me the wrong item and refuse a refund. Absolutely awful!

Waiting for refund !! Over 10 days now, you have acknowledged receipt of item so REFUND why don’t you ? It’s not good enough ! Will not shop with you again .

Deliverey missing terrible customer service and some strange emails popping up from courier saying a very large parcel was put through letterbox post dated convieniently three weeks afterwards on tracking then go onto my account to see its been magicaly updated to delivered status on the same day as i recieve this courier email that has two different delivery dates one for 29th oct one for the 10th all on the same tracking no all seems a bit decietfull to say the least never again would i order from this company still waiting for this item to be removed from my account with postage it amounts to 80 pounds beware of there dodgy customer service live chat they do not get back to you with any resolution as they promise just seems to me they try to wriggle out of there responsibility towards there customers with blatant decieving emails from couriers hermes id like to see anyone post a large box through a letterbox not once but twice in the same month really clever that tracy.tate#hotmail.co.uk

I tried to order a dress online but phoned because I couldnt process the order without giving my date of birth which I was not happy about for my own security I was told this was for Their security reasons. Why?? For my security I was not willing to do this, having given all my other details, card details etc. I was left on hold for 4 minutes. At a cost of 17p a minute. Then was told that unless I gave my date of birth I couldn’t order. For this reason I would not buy from this company and am glad I found out how unhelpful they are before doing so

3 weeks of trying to get a refund for a parcel never delivered (left in street) not even a telephone call to sort. Absolutely awful service. Would never use again

I am so disappointed with kaleidoscope’s customer care. I sent some clothes back in March and discovered 3 hadn’t been marked as arrived. They were able to locate 1 of them immediately and gave me a refund. Unfortunately they were unable to locate the other 2 parcels sent around the same time. No one called me to discuss this and because they can’t locate them I am not entitled to a £118 refund. They didn’t offer me a good Will gesture or meet me half way. I have been a good Bonprix and Kaleidoscope customer, so because of this lack of customer care, I will never shop with either Bonprix or Kaleidoscope again as I can’t be sure this won’t happen again, that my parcels will not get lost.

Not only does this store not deliver internationally, my non-UK bank transfer was not accepted, and no alternative solution was offered after repeated (slow!) correspondence. The money still left my account, and I have no idea whether I'l ever get it back. To not accept any form of international payment this day and age is, quite frankly, appaling.

Worst customer service ever. An item ordered with next day delivery never turned up. This has been a week now.All I get is copy and paste emails saying its being looked into. Surely a company that doesn’t care about their costumers

Lovely clothes which are mainly good quality. However items are often unavailable or sold out or late delivery which never arrives. This is both disappointing and annoying. I have been a customer many years and have always had this problem. Company buyers need to be more proactive in sourcing reliable suppliers and order more stock!

I am interested in several dresses but have not been able to view one review as when I click on the red stars I get nothing. When I speak to customer service they tell me the reviews are there after the delivery info but there is nothing. Unfortunately will not be purchasing anything.

Good product range but sadly they have changed their website recently to include the hard sell, high pressure, 'This item has been viewed 500 times in the last ten minutes and last bought 15 minutes ago'. Well done kaleidoscope, you have just ruined a really good shopping experience. I used to enjoy browsing your site, I'm not bothering now, shopping elsewhere.......

I ordered shoes late yesterday, I paid £2 delivery they arrived this morning 10.15 am, now that is service. I love this company quality, Quality Quality. All round excellent service A*****

I bought an item described as "Duvet Cover & Pillowcases Set". Upon receiving it, there was no trace of pillowcases. I got in touch with Kaleidoscope customer service team back and forth, just to be told that they are not responsible for wrong item descriptions. They refused to send the set of pillowcases, which was actually part of my order (therefore a contract between a retailer and a customer) nor provided a partial refund for the missing items. I have now sent back my order and I will never buy anything from them ever again! Appalling experience!

I sent for a top and according to the tracker it had been delivered to my home,it had not as I was in all that day. I e-mailed them 3 times with no reply. Received my statement and the top has been charged to my account. I have been with kaleidoscope for a while so I am very disappointed and will no longer be shopping with them..
