Trying to pay on line is impossible. I don’t like paying over the phone. I only want to pay online but trying to log in is horrendous but if I want to place an order no problem this site needs an overhaul. Once my account settled I won’t use it again

Returned a dress as the quality was not good, belt with the dress was poor quality. Been waiting for 2 weeks for my refund and still waiting. Other retailers offer much faster turnaround time for refunds. Not a good experience.

Avoid at all costs, I'm with witt used to be great multi catalogue company now it's taken over by Freeman's it's appalling no UK support wrong items sent, no item sent but charge put on bill, late deliveries trouble paying

Ordered 2 items. Neither have turned up after weeks. CS keep telling me they are on the way. Then due to unforeseen circumstances the courier couldn’t deliver. They’ve taken my payment though. Then Somehow I got an incorrect item arrived. Courier not collected for return on stated day. CS said they’d reordered my original items for me, apologised etc etc but then they cancelled order accidentally - and then reordered again. What an unprofessional company. A complete mess of untrained incompetent staff. Confused? Yes- I’ve no idea where I am with my order or refund.

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING - WHATS CHANGED?? THEIR COURIER CO IS THE WORST EVER. WRONG DELIVERIES NOW THREE TIMES TO AN UNKNOWN HOUSE. KEEP TELLING THEM THIS - ITS IGNORED. THE PHOTO THEY SEND IS NOT MY HOUSE OR DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS. I SPEND TIME I DONT HAVE EMAILING ALL THE INFO AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN, ITS A HAMSTER WHEEL OF STRESS AND ANGST THAT AFTER YEARS OF BUYING THEY ARE NOW AWFUL AT CUSTOMER SERVICE, PROB SOME OVERSEAS CALL CENTRE AS THEY DO NOT READ THE EMAILS AND KEEP ASKING SAME QUESTIONS OVER AND OVER AGAIN. I REPEAT OVER AND OVER AGAIN..... THIS IS NOT MY HOUSE. THE COURIER CO MUST COST THEM A FORTUNE IN MISLAID DELIVERIES. I WANT TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT AFTE FIFTEEN YEARS...

Shocking, been a customer for years, but now I’m going to close my account. Ordered a large double swing seat, on opening found it was a single swing seat. Got in touch with customer service who told me that they would send me an address label…..a 2 man courier team are arriving tomorrow to pick the item up despite me having no address label and the huge item is sitting in my conservatory. I have since found an address for kaleidoscope on their website….I don’t know if this is where the returns should go but that is where this item will be going as I’m not having it stuck in my conservatory any longer. By the way I phoned customer services on numerous occasions to get a returns address…..nothing! Absolutely disgusting behaviour for a good and loyal customer….or ex customer now.

When I first opened my account I got good service, I had a VERY LARGE ORDER LOST IN TRANSIT BY THE HERMES COURIER SERVICES (not unusual as they are the worst courier services ITEMS MORE OFTEN THAN NOT GOING MISSING NOW THAT IVE READ THE REVIEWS) AND IM STILL FIGHTING WITH KALEIDASCOPE !!!!!!!!! THEY HAVE ASKED ME TO (which I have 4 times now) tell them what items didn’t arrive I simply told them THE WHOLE DARN LOT !!!!!!!!!!! Still not dealt with and that was on the 9th of March 2022. I’ve emailed the CEO’s office three times and STILL HERE I AM FIGHTING GOOD STYLE BECAUSE THEY CLAIM I GOT CURTAINS I 10000000000% DIDNT GET !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now since emailing them YET AGAIN MY WHOLE ACCOUNT HAS DISAPPEARED SO I CANT MAKE MY USUAL PAYMENT. “Baby think twice” before opening an account or PAY AS YOU BUY , IF YOU GET YOUR ORDER THAT IS!!!!!!!!!

Try to make a payment online you get an email to say has been paid but no sign of it on kaleidoscope account or bank account. Rang customer services they said payment had not gone through although I tried it twice online so they took a further payment. Then 3 days later all 3 payments came out of my bank account was really not happy as their website says debit card payments are allocated immediately. Something is wrong with their payment system have emailed phoned and done live chat still the same useless. I have shopped with them for 15 years not anymore

Awful do not buy from hear wrong size delivered 😡still waiting for replacement total liars said would have it next day delivery by two people out a complaint in days ago heard nothing

I've had that bottle for my good 5 months I put it on once today in the evening I tie my hair down not too tight on the scalp but I haven't seen anything in for over 5 months since I bought that bottle no results no growth no nothing it said rub it in after you apply no rubbing and it's not circulating it's not a good product I bought it because of the person who presented it on the strength but it's not growing my hair at all

The last 3 orders have been a mess due to sending me the wrong sizes. I ordered a pair of boots on next day delivery. Didn't show up. 3 days later the courier turned up saying he has a pick up from my house for something that hasn't even been dispatched yet. 3 phone calls later then turn up and they are the wrong ones. I ordered a nice new job size 10 and I received a size 24 in a jumper I never ordered One last chance I thought, swimming shorts for my holiday. Nope not the right size or the right type. Looks like someone is slapping on any sticker on the bags as nothing is correct. And customer service is a shambles can't understand what they are saying so I end up hanging up and trying again.

Ordered three items and paid fully but only two items received. On phoning I was advised the third item will be delivered tomorrow. .then I was told someone will contact me in 5 days. Therw is no customer service email

Absolutely disgusted with the customer service. Ordered a coat 2 weeks ago to wear for my daughters Graduation Cermony which is this Monday, and as yet no tracking available. When i go into the account it says order being processed. Will never order from this conpany again

Avoid this company at all costs. Goods are either damaged or never turn up. No communication you have to chase and wait for 30mins each time on the phone. Takes an age for a refund 2 months and still waiting, absolutely shocking that companies like this can be so bad and still be open for business. Don't waste your time and money on them.

I ordered a fleece jacket at full price. The quality was poor. I stated this on return. But they've had the cheek to charge me the postage, Iv rung them and they don't want to know. I told them never to contact me again the stuffs rubbish and the prices are so high.

Kaleidoscope offer 10% & 20% discount on purchases but they dont honour it. Tried 3 times to order a BBQ and no discount would apply, when the offer included garden items. False Advertising which is illegal.

Good delivery but returns policy very vague. A return label is there to attach but no bar code for return cost. Item was delivered to Hermes parcel shop who were unable to help Re postage for return????

As a positive beginning I award 1 star because my order arrived, it went dramatically down from here. I returned all bar 1 item, the kaleidoscope courier did not collect the returns, kaleidoscope rebooked and then added a late return fee of almost £5 per item (£45). They told me this would be removed and I paid for my item. I have made over 10 long calls, spoken to many people, at least 4 emails and yet every month I am charged for not making payments. The bill has been over £120, reduced and added again. Round and round I go! Every month it’s a new promise to remove the fees. Repeat, repeat…. Don’t spend your money here, it’s not worth the hassle. I am 6 months on and no closer to a resolution. The only reason I keep trying to sort it out is because my husband and I are self employed and I can not afford bad credit. Some of their staff lie, some are lazy and others do nothing.

Don’t waste your time or money. Order was consistently delayed, promises that it would arrive and then delayed again. Rubbish company, don’t bother!!

Dreadful company,after waiting six weeks for an item which they wouldn't let me cancel, it was too small, you then have to book a return cant do it by post .When the courier turned up I had no bar code for return.Phoned again and you can't download a bar code they have to send it out by post and then you have to book a courier again .Its ludicrous and all designed to make you out of time for returns and then there are charges,I will never use this company again
