“Only order if you are absolutely sure you want to keep the outfit. They make you run in circles for return and make false promises which they don't follow through.”

“This is the worse place to shop. I ordered my item on march 2nd. I contacted on April 16th about my order …they could not even find my order and then said they would expedite it ans would be delivered by April 27th. I got a message on 26th that they are running late and cannot deliver on time. I am still waiting for my order. At this point? I can only say that I have to report them to international trade authorities for unethical business practices.”

“They were very silly goofy ahh with the return process. 10/10 do not reccomend if you are purchasing from australia. picture this you buy a saree and when it arrives you realise the 'fit is not fitting' or 'giving' what it should. so you decide to return it and get ur money back. hold up tho. trigger warning: financial damage. *graphic*. they will make YOU the dissapointed buyer pay for shipping AND pay for customs. ps: this is all alleged. im in a silly goofy mood ahhh”

“Read the fine print very carefully. Unless they ship you an incorrect item (even if the item ordered doesn’t fit), Kalki will NOT allow for exchanges. They will run you round and round until they tell you this . Horrible policy and customer service.”

“I had purchased 3 items end of August, one arrived on time however two of them are delayed by a month. After numerous contact via WhatsApp enquiring about the item, I was told, it’ll take 24-48 hours to inform me on the dispatch. I followed up again after 48hours reminding them SKU no. and details, I was assured I will be inform of it. When I finally received an email, I saw only one item being dispatched. I enquired again if both the items were in the dispatched. They told me the item is no longer available and send me links to alternate item which was more expensive. I was told to choose one and pay the extra amount! The amount of running around with enquiring about the product is really frustrating and above all their communication is really bad. No emails on status the items you had already paid for is really not a great practice. Improve your service and keep you customer in touch which is no. 1 for any online service and providing to international customers. I will not be visiting the site again with this experience.”

“i have emailed 3 x times with my order number about when will my order be dispatched and have even written to your online chat staff and no one have got back to me yet. i am not sure about when will i get my ordered and paid item.”

“The sleeves were bad. I told specifically for the sleeves until elbow. I also talked to one of your people. There is no option for that. So I wrote in the comments. I did not like the sleeves at all. I purchased the dress as I liked the sleeves.”

“Instructions for size were ignored and outfit so big that I had to take it to a seamstress and have it re-stitched. Additional cost was unacceptable for such an expensive outfit”

“I have ordered a dress long back but it is taking a lot of time for delivery and even I couldn't know the estimated delivery date.I tried to chat with Kalki WhatsApp no. But they couldn't tell me the estimated delivery date.i ordered for a occasion but now I had to buy another dress.plss let me know my estimated delivery date.”

“Order was accepted and after the payment i was informed that the selected item is unavailable. Delivery of item was not made on the promised date. that ruined my celebration programme. Balance amount has not been refunded yet as there wasa price difference between the original item and changed one.”

“After I placed the order, I have yet to receive a confirmation of the same from Kalki. Also I chose to submit my blouse measurements later. No one contacted me for the measurements. After I submitted them, no one responded. I am very disappointed.”

“I was sent the wrong size. Instead of a size 38, I received a size 34. I do expect a 100% refund, however, the email I received said whatever shipping I pay will be reimbursed as voucher credit to use for a future purchase -- absolutely unacceptable! I have sent an email back making clear that I need an absolute full refund including the money a spend on shipping to be reimbursed to the credit card I used.”

“First of all, my order never arrived by August 17, 2017 as it was indicated when I ordered my sari. Secondly, the material was utter junk. I had all this glitter that was sprinkling all over the place. I could not not even wear this sari at all. I am highly disappointed with the service and with the material.”

“I bought a dress of 2000$ with specific instructions on the length of the dress. The dress is almost an inch longer than my measurements. It is very disappointing because I reached out to the customer service to ensure that this was taken care of.”
