“I was not satisfied with the extra charges applied for some changes on the costume I ordered. There was no need for the extra charges as we are buying such an expensive dress. Overall collection was good.”

“i ordered a saree after doing the order i was told it was not available. i would have liked to get a refund instead i ended up getting other sarees which i am not sure will ever get used. otherwise customer service is good .”

“i love the product but size was totally of the chart .i order size 6-8 usa and my top kurta was size 4 and my pant was size 10 ...I am very dissapointed with the size but material and quailty was better then expected”

“The outfit is amazing and the quality is good. Sizing is not a problem either however the side zip wasn't fixed well and I'm now having to go to a local tailor which disappointed me about the service and was a complete let down.”

“Communication after the purchase is very good, i.e. tracking the package etc. However, the actual quality of the merchandise was below standard for the price paid. I was expecting much better quality material and work on the dress. I gave it to my daughters friend instead of keeping it for myself.”
