“padding at bust part doesn't fit . sleeve part not cut evenly . I wish they leave some material on side to loose .Over roll it's very nicely done”

“Designs are good but price is very high and your service is not prompt as far as shipment and updates are concerned. my order which is supposed to be shipped on 26th of jan, haven't heard or received mails about shipment so far. i face same problem for all my orders. i had even cancelled order once. aruna.s sre2005@hotmail.com”

“+ Good pre-buying customer service. + Good quality of fabric. - Colour shades not being exact as per picture can really be a problem. - Had a two bad experiences regarding tailoring as per exact measurements, and so the finish and the cut wasn't great. Overall it was a waste of money. 1st time buy: tailor advises on length of suits and second time time nothing at all.”

“The collection nad is latest and really good. Dressess lasts for long and looks awesome even afer months. More then this, I had a problem with the lady who attended me at worli branch. I Had taken 2 expensive dresses frm this store. And thought of buying one for my wedding as well. Before buying i just thought of exploring. But the lady did not show much of interest. I Did not visited the store again even for my alterations of dress again. Hence, for me it was the worst user experience. Will definately buy clothes for kalki, but atleast not from worli branch...”
