"I ordered two outfits, both with customized fittings (total worth of around 500 euros!). I provided them with all detailed measurements necessary for the alterations. My order was delivered 10th October 2023. Unfortunately, the measurements of the outfits were incorrect. I contacted Kalki fashion several times for two weeks long. Every time I received the same answer, which is I need to wait 24 hours and that they will contact me with a proposed solution (please see attached pictures, which are only a few examples of our conversation, but it was always the same thing, i.e. 24 hours wait). Now, today, 25th October 2023, I reached out to them again. This time, no reply via Whatsapp, Website chat, email or phone. They completely ignore me. This is really outrageaous and really is the definition of consumer unfriendliness. I do not recommend Kalki, -10 out of 10. They are friendly when they want to sell anything, but once there is a problem, they disappear from earth."

"after continuously following up on my order for a month, 2 days before delivery i was told that my order would be delayed by a month. No other information shared. They did not take any accountability for the delay. literally zero fs given. \r\nAnd now i wont have an outfit for the occasion. Never recommending or going back to this poorly run business. And no, nothing can be done fix this blunder from their end."

I am so glad now that i bought this lehanga. I got so many compliments from everyone. I reside in USA, Oegon. Shipping was quick. It was well packed. Only thing i dint like was that cup size was small for me. It was kind of A size instead of universally used C."
