I placed a wedding order with Kalki Fashion in December for my groom and bridal outfits, and it has been a complete nightmare. Despite accurate measurements provided by their salesperson, Raksha, the clothes arrived incorrectly sized. After a replacement request, their customer service was utterly inconsistent—no call backs, no follow-up, and no timely resolutions. Each time, they promised to contact me but never did. Now, with my wedding just two days away, the replacement order has been delayed disastrously. Sherwani and Jodhpuri never left Mumbai, and despite multiple calls, Atlantic Courier confirmed they couldn’t get it to Canada in time. Kalki then switched to DHL, but now they’re demanding nearly $400 in duties—far beyond what I agreed to. The delivery promised by the 18th (my wedding day) is now delayed to the 20th. This company offers zero consistency, no reliable customer service, and broken promises at every step. If you care about timely delivery and honest customer support, stay far away from Kalki Fashion. I expect a formal response from the company and a full resolution immediately.

Protect yourself: If you are based in the UK do not order from this brand. I ordered a dress for a wedding but the order was delayed and didn’t arrive in time. I followed the brand’s instructions and returned the dress when it finally arrived and didn’t hear anything, or receive my refund, despite chasing for months. Finally, I received an email notifying me that customs tax is £100+ and this sum could either be taken from my refund (meaning I’d make a loss on the dress), or could be returned to me but I would have to pay UK customs fees and they could not confirm what this would be. I never leave negative reviews, but five months after ordering this dress I now have no dress and have made a loss above the cost of the garment. Please protect yourself if based in UK.

Extremely manipulative company!! Return Policy and customer service are disgusting and showcase extreme levels of gaslighting and lack professionalism, especially for a company that ships internationally. Firstly $49 for return is unreasonable, even if you return within the short timeframe mentioned in their return policy. For a company that ships worldwide, how does it sustain its customers with these insane shipping charges for returns? Secondly, there is an insane amount of shipping time. I ordered two items. They gave me an estimated time for the order, which was more than 40 days, and then mentioned that they no longer can ship that product in between. Most importantly, the other order smelled like tons of rubber (had a horrible smell), and the style did not fit me, so I returned paying that $49, which is again not my fault. If you send me a product like that, I don't understand why am I forced to keep it even if I don't like it. It takes 25-30 days to return, and there was absolutely no communication about my refunds for a long time. When I got frustrated and confronted them about my refund status, they began gaslighting me, saying the product was damaged in multiple places, which is totally untrue and was never communicated before. And upon continuous confrontation when I mentioned that I will decline the payment, they decided to return me back the product. My question is- Why should I be forced to keep their product when I didn't like it and why will be refund not processed?

Do not buy from this company. Products are low quality and it is impossible to return. Over 50 emails and whats app trys to return my products. $50 Per item to return. ADDITIONALLY, they are refusing to return items that do not have tags. 2 items arrived without tags. ABSOLUTE INSANITY. I have spent countless hours. Never spoken to a live person or a consistent service person. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Pathetic customer service! I ordered outfits online and one outfit never arrived I have been following it up for a month still not received they keep saying it’ll come but they also keep avoiding, emails, messages and with calls they keep connecting you to “manager” who never gets on the phone!

KALKI, is showcased an entry segment to luxury ethnic wear segment. But I was supremely disappointed as the quality of product doesn’t feel premium for the price it charges. Actual packaging of the clothes feels ordinary. Even for such expensive outfits they don’t offer alteration service which is not another major drawback. The estimated shipping said in few days took weeks to get delivered with no updates or apologies for late deliveries. It spoiled all my events that I had to attend. Will never recommend this brand to any of my friends. Poor sales / quality and overall disappointing experience with KALKI. Absolute no go.

Their customer service is so poor, I had ordered a saree from them on 23rd sep, actually much before. Till date they have not dispatched me yet, am following their customer service to refund me the amt, that also they are not doing. m

Kalki Fashion Never Again Never Again- Kalki Fashion is a Joke! After ordering multiple times from Kalki Fashion, I can confidently say they’ve mastered one thing, disappointing their customers. 1. First order- a saree that was too short. Apparently, basic measurements are optional at Kalki. 2. Second order- a dress with a faulty chain. Quality check? Clearly not part of their process. 3. Third order- blouse completely off-size. It’s like they pick random measurements for fun. 4. Fourth order- a pleated saree where they literally forgot to finish the pleats. I wish I was kidding. It’s almost impressive how consistently they mess up. For a brand that claims to represent “luxury Indian wear,” their carelessness says otherwise. International customers like me spend good money expecting quality, not excuses but Kalki clearly doesn’t care once they’ve got your payment. I’ve learned my lesson the hard way. Never buying from them again and I’d warn anyone who values their time and money to do the same

So poor service. On chat we have to wait for 2 hours and if we don’t there than they don’t update your answer but they just close the chat. Through email too no reply. You don’t know where is your product, did they shipped it or not? Is they cancelled it. No reply at all from there. I wish I can upload a picture of chat here. Also they do cancel lot of item once we place the order and once they charged. Than they send me message for cancellation and than no reply for refund process or anything..

I am so upset with your sales reps. I was told that a Parsi gara saree I bought was hand embroidered. I messaged you on WhatsApp to make sure that it was hand embroidered. I was told that it is hand embroidered. Upon receiving it, I realised that its machine embroidered. I have tried getting in touch with someone to tell me why I was lied to but all I get in response is that “a sales rep will get in touch with you shortly”. Please don’t buy from this brand. I paid $300+ for it and it’s not worth half its price. Very very disappointed

My order was stuck in production for over 2 months, I requested to cancel the order multiple times and was told various times that I could not because the item was in production, had already shipped, etc. The item eventually arrived and I was being charged a tariff of 100%. Kalki continued to ignore requests for a refund and offered various things like paying half for tariffs. I ordered before tariffs went into effect, had requested the item not be shipped, and the tariff being charged was not in line with the value of the item (currently tariffs are 50%). I returned the item and was told once it arrived they would provide a refund. They rejected the package when it arrived and will not issue a refund. I opened a case with PayPal and they still have not provided a resolution.

I received two outfits, for an Indian Wedding, which I based on their size guide. The clothes came and they looked great, but I needed a larger size. I followed their return policy, stating that I wanted to return these two outfits and to go for a larger size - confirming within the 2-week deadline. I expected a simple return, but it resulted in a dragged out email chain, asking for additional information, photos of the outfits, and further confirmation that I wanted to return the outfit. As I confirmed that I wanted to return the outfits within the 2-week timeframe, I was not expecting them to now state that I am over the return deadline and that they will not accept my return. Extremely disappointed with their customer service - which felt manipulative. Do not trust that they will accept your returned products.

I really am dissapointed with the way Kalki handled my package. They estimated that it would arrive September 18th and every day I've been following up, they said the dispatch team has prioritized and it will be sent out. This has happened for 6+ days. When I try to reach someone, all I'm provided is fake promises and insincere and frankly dishonest answers to my questions. If you have thoughts about ordering from here, please reconsider. They are crooked in their honesty.

I had an awful experience ordering from Kalki Fashion. The sari I received was unwearable — the material was extremely poor quality, already fraying and falling apart. The blouse was nothing like the picture online; it was completely different, cheaply made, and honestly hideous. On top of that, they sneak in hidden tariff/customs charges that you only discover after you’ve paid and your order is already en route. This is extremely misleading and unfair to customers. When I reached out for help, their customer service was terrible — dismissive, unhelpful, and unwilling to take any responsibility. Overall, this company feels dishonest and the products are substandard. Save yourself the frustration, money, and disappointment — shop elsewhere. I’ve had great experiences at Kynah, Pernia & Lashkaraa. I would highly recommend these instead of Kalki.

Do not buy from Kalki Fashion. A fraudulent company based in India. They send shoddy products, and then refuse to tell you how to return them, in violation of their return policy. They need to go out of business.

I’m very disappointed with my experience ordering from this company Kalki fashion. When I placed my order, the website clearly stated that the estimated delivery date was 29/08. A few days later, I even received an email saying the item had been shipped — but then I was told it was still in India and hadn’t even left their facility. I needed the outfit for a wedding, and because of the delays and lack of clear communication, I had no choice but to cancel my order. This has been very frustrating and stressful, especially since I relied on the estimated delivery date when placing the order. I hope the company improves their communication and delivery process, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend them
