“I had an awful experience ordering from Kalki Fashion. The sari I received was unwearable — the material was extremely poor quality, already fraying and falling apart. The blouse was nothing like the picture online; it was completely different, cheaply made, and honestly hideous. On top of that, they sneak in hidden tariff/customs charges that you only discover after you’ve paid and your order is already en route. This is extremely misleading and unfair to customers. When I reached out for help, their customer service was terrible — dismissive, unhelpful, and unwilling to take any responsibility. Overall, this company feels dishonest and the products are substandard. Save yourself the frustration, money, and disappointment — shop elsewhere. I’ve had great experiences at Kynah, Pernia & Lashkaraa. I would highly recommend these instead of Kalki.”

“Do not buy from Kalki Fashion. A fraudulent company based in India. They send shoddy products, and then refuse to tell you how to return them, in violation of their return policy. They need to go out of business.”

“I’m very disappointed with my experience ordering from this company Kalki fashion. When I placed my order, the website clearly stated that the estimated delivery date was 29/08. A few days later, I even received an email saying the item had been shipped — but then I was told it was still in India and hadn’t even left their facility. I needed the outfit for a wedding, and because of the delays and lack of clear communication, I had no choice but to cancel my order. This has been very frustrating and stressful, especially since I relied on the estimated delivery date when placing the order. I hope the company improves their communication and delivery process, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend them”

“I am filing a formal complaint regarding this fraudulent business and their misleading and inaccurate information on their website regarding their return policy. I thoroughly reviewed the return policy before I purchased my item and was assured the item was returnable within 15 days and I have complied with this policy. However I am being dismissed and the merchant is refusing to address my concern claiming “the return is subject to approval”. That is NOT in accordance with their return policy!! This business appears to be a fraudulent company and are taking advantage of customers!!”

“I wish i could give negative stars to these guys. I bought two dresses worth $1000 and both of them are so low quality and looked nothing like the pictures. you can get similar products for probably a $100 from india. I know they have to make profit but this is loot. The zip on one of the dressses fell off the first time I tried to put it on. The dress was not tight or anything. When i tried to contact the customer service, i spoke with atleast ten guys and allof them made false promises of me receiving a call back from some merchandiser who never called back of course. The last woman i chatted with said the zip depends on how to close it. So essentially i am being told that I do not know how to handle a dress which i spent $500 on by some girl. Now i am stuck with these two dresses that I cant wear to any place. I would suggest everyone to stay away from them and save your money. Find someone who is doing the work and selling it. Atleast there will be accountability. these guys are sourcing the products from some merchandisers and marking it up hugely and sending s**** products to people abroad knowing they have limited options, so someone will get trapped in their false advertising.”

“We attempted to cancel the order within 2 hours of placing it after we read all the terrible reviews and false delivery times. I have an entire conversation with customer support where they refused to despite their website saying cancellation within 24 hours, flat out lying about when we placed the order even though I showed them screenshots of the timestamp order confirmation.”

“I paid for an item with express shipping and the item shipped to me was not as pictured (they sent me a long sleeve blouse, instead of the sleeveless blouse pictured and described). Despite corresponding with customer service by whatsapp and email over the course of 2 MONTHS (and sending every photo they asked for), my issue still has not been resolved and they have not told me how I can receive a refund for the item or exchange for the proper item (even though the window for that has long gone, as my event has concluded). I'm disappointed and frustrated by the countless hours wasted trying to get the issue resolved with customer service and in the money I've wasted on the item and express shipping.”

“Had a terrible experience with KALKI fashion The suit set was ill fitted. KALKI took quite a while for return. Anyway we clicked pictures with the product and courier person as guided by KALKI and sent it. After that there was no response from KALKI for refund. Its been a horrifying experience and wouldn't advise anyone to buy from them”

“I ordered a heavily embroidered lehenga from Kalki Fashion in March 2025 for my sister’s wedding. The price was USD 3,760 (≈ ₹3.14 lakh), justified on the website by stunning images and a written promise of “regular progress photos.” What actually happened • Zero transparency. Despite weekly follow-ups, Kalki sent no photos at all until 3 May—one week before their own shipping deadline—and only after I threatened to cancel. • Product misrepresented. The single, low-res image revealed a dress that was clearly inferior: dull colour, crooked embroidery, a different blouse cut, and sloppy finishing. It looked nothing like the listing. • No real solution. Kalki refused a refund, offering only a middle-of-the-night video call and vague reassurances instead of addressing the obvious defects. • Escalation required. I have now initiated a charge-back with my bank and filed a complaint with India’s National Consumer Helpline. Other guests ordering from Kalki for the same event report similar issues, suggesting a pattern—not a one-off mistake. Bottom line If you’re an international customer, think twice. Kalki’s marketing is polished, but my experience was a costly lesson in poor quality control, broken promises, and unresponsive customer service. I am still fighting for a refund while scrambling to find a replacement outfit just weeks before the wedding.”

“I couldn’t encourage someone more not to order from here. Items arrived damaged, unmarked, and completely the wrong size. Despite agreeing specifics with the customer service team there was no apology or admittance of fault on their part. It has been a long and frustrating attempt to get any resemblance of a resolution. I will not be holding my breath for one either”

“I had a terrible experience with Kalki Fashion and would strongly advise against purchasing from them. I ordered a suit online, only to be informed later by their customer support that the item was out of stock. They offered me a refund or the option to choose a different suit with an additional discount. I opted for a refund, which was acknowledged on WhatsApp. However, it has now been over 10 business days, and I am still waiting for my refund. Despite multiple follow-ups, I receive the same response every day—"the refund has been processed"—yet there is no transaction ID or proof of refund. Since the refund was supposed to be issued via PayPal, it should have been immediate, but I am still waiting. The lack of transparency and constant delays make this company highly unreliable. I have been charged for a product that was never shipped, and now I am being forced to chase my own refund. Their customer service is frustrating, and there is no direct way to contact their finance team. I regret trusting Kalki Fashion and would urge others to be cautious before making any purchases. This experience has been nothing but a waste of time and money.”

“I ordered well over $800 worth of clothing for a wedding and paid expedited shipping. It me of the items said “in stock.” By the time the wedding came I still hadn’t seen a tracking number and asked that they cancel. They said they couldn’t and I could return on its arrival. Three weeks later it shows up while I was on travel. I reach out to the WhatsApp customer service and they redirect me to an email address. I traded at least 15 outbound emails with a person named Saud. He was incredibly unhelpful and asked endless questions that were well-documented in my original email, and even asked me the date of the wedding. He eventually said I could exchange it and pay $49 for shipping, when the last thing I want is more of their clothes and to give them more money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.”

“Rather, throw your money in the ocean. They don't care about customers. Send me the wrong size, and now they keep giving me the runaround. Keeps saying "concern team" is working on it. Been 15 days and no response. Have my daughter's wedding coming up and seems like I will have to buy another outfit locally. What a waste of 50,000 rupess. Freaking unethical business owners.”

“I had the worst customer service they sent me an item that was completely different from the picture. I reached out to customer service before purchasing and said I would like to order as seen in the picture. I had no help choosing how to order that. I ordered to the best of my ability they sent me a different material and the design was on the back of the top instead of the front. It was completely unwearable. I sent pictures and they kept saying I should’ve wrote a note saying “want as scene in the picture” no refund was given.”

“I purchased a very expensive saree with a stitched blouse from Kalki Fashion, paying a premium price, expecting high-quality work and a perfect fit. Unfortunately, the entire experience was extremely disappointing. 1. Blouse Fit: I had specifically requested the smallest size (size 0) and cross-checked their size guide before ordering. Despite this, the blouse was extremely loose, as though it was free size and adjusted without any consideration for smaller cup sizes or proportions. The fitting was unprofessional, and due to time constraints, I had to alter it myself. For the price paid, I expected a tailored, custom fit, not a half-done adjustment. 2. Stitch Quality: The front knot stitch looks very unprofessional and sloppy. This reflects poor craftsmanship, which is unacceptable for a brand charging such premium prices. 3. Misleading Product Information: Throughout the ordering process, I believed I was purchasing a white net saree with gold work. However, upon receiving it, I realized the work was green—something that was not mentioned anywhere on their site. This discrepancy was shocking and added to my disappointment. 4. Trust Issues: I live in Berlin, and because of a tight schedule between my arrival in India and the wedding, I trusted Kalki Fashion to deliver as promised. I was willing to pay extra for reliability, but the quality and service fell far below expectations. This was an extremely frustrating experience, and I expected far better from a brand like Kalki Fashion. For anyone considering purchasing, I strongly recommend double-checking all details and not relying on their sizing or product descriptions.”

“Return process was drawn out and a failure. I wish I'd read the reviews before I made the purchase. I got a really cute outfit in my size and when I tried it on, it was very small for what it was advertised to be. This was my main issue considering it took a long time to arrive and last minute alterations are costly. The return process was lengthy and I did not get to return the item within the window. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THE US unless you're willing to take a gamble. Never again.”
