“Sent me wrong saree and that too delayed delivery”

“Worst customer service in the world and the worst quality products.. Stay away from these cheaters. They gave me a dress with horrible stains and all the threads were coming out. Its not even worth 100 rs. When I contacted customer service, they denied that there was even return policy even though there is a whole page on their website dedicated to RETURNS!!! they are liars and they will never answer your texts. Never ever buy anything form kalki.”

“Please never ever order from this website. WORST Customer Care support team and they will cheat you for the buy. I ordered an XS kurti but they sent XL by removing the size label. I contacted the support team but no one turned back till now. Please don't buy from these guys again There is no contact number whatsoever, whatsapp chats you would never get a response and, phones would never get answered, it is a fraudulent website and all the good review s are paid reviews.”

“Please never ever order from this website. I placed an order one month back which was supposed to be delivered on October 28, for $108 USD and have not received my item yet from claiming to be international brand. There is no contact number whatsoever, whatsapp chats you would never get a response and, phones would never get answered, it is a fraudulent website and all the good review s are paid reviews. It's a highly unethical and unprofessional a big brand like to leave the customers in limbo like this. Please be aware and never ever order from here.”

“Don't keep your hopes up after placing an order to get it on time. Till the time u paid the costs of your order the customer service is proactive. After that u are lost on their list. Its been nearly 2 months for my order and no news. Meantime I received all my orders from other online boutiques. VERY DISSAPPOINTED WITH KALKI!!!!!”

“Customer service is aweful, please think before you buy from kalki. I ordered one dress ,on dress size is not mentioned when i done measurement it was small ,i sent email to them, they reply just once and after that i send many times how to return as weong size shipped they never reply, tried on fb,whatsapp and on their site,they always say wait i will transfer your chat to person and it never happen, i tried followup them. Their dresses are good but once its wrong shipped then you are gone.they will never entertain you. Please think 1000 times before you buy from kalki”

“The customer service is pathetic. Ordered in September with delivery date 8th October, waited till the 15th and then tried to get in touch with them. Couldn’t get through any phone lines, emails or texts. Finally on the 19th got hold of someone and they promised to send my order ASAP. Texting back and forth finally my order shipped on the 23rd. I also asked her to get the manager to call me as I wanted to give them my feedback. It’s been almost a month and got no reply. Again the same way they are ignoring my messages. Wouldn’t recommend them. Even though the dress is lovely, the hassle to get it deters me from the brand.”

“Poor after sales service. They will provide you full assistance until you pay for the product and then after they mute themselves. I have placed an order for Karwachauth which I was expecting to receive on November 1 but until now I haven’t had any tracking number from them. I been calling them, chatting with them on chat window of the website, trying to contact thru whatsapp but I am getting the same response “someone will assist you and it may take longer”. I waited for 20 hours and until now I do not know what is the status of my order. Looters”

“Poor customer service , they took 25 days to deliver one item while order placing, later they are saying they need 17 more days to deliver it means to order an item we need 2 months in advance , who can plan such early to buy some thing in this site, and customer service waiting time will be more than 30 min , so we need to stop our work and keep waiting for them to answer , I was totally disappointed with them I never order in this site again”

“2-3 days after I placed my order they emailed me saying the product I paid for is not in stock & cannot be delivered do I should buy something else. To which I replied that I don't want any other product & they should refund my money if they don't have the product I ordered. Now it's been 2 days & they have gone completely silent on this. There is no response from them - email, WhatsApp, Instagram. I don't if & how will I get my money back.”
