“1. FALSE ADVERTISING: Outfit is completely different to the image - it was 167 Australian dollars equivalent to 9500(+) rupees and it was very sad to see that the quality I got was so so poor and the outfit did not match the pictures at all 2. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE: I complained and I am getting very delayed responses, with no chances of resolution in sight. They are not taking care of their own mistakes. Sad to see a company with so much publicity and advertising on social media not taking care of their own reputation in front of customers. When I followed up on the complaint via WhatsApp they responded back saying “we see that you have disputed this with PayPal”… yes obviously I would, you’ve ripped me off of my money. Please be careful guys, don’t buy from them.”

“Don’t waste your money, basically it’s a scam, they buy cheap $5 items on eBay and sell them to you at $50 pretending it’s high end. Quality is poor, customer service is terrible, sizes are not accurate, and when you ask for a replacement they want to charge you $100, don’t waste your time and money on them. There are plenty of online reviews about them, we should have read them before ordering, disappointed to loose hard earned money on such a scam !”

“I paid $163 for the below necklace, it does not look like the one they showed on their website. Total dissapointment. Also I noticed that there is no brand indication on the package that it is made by "paisleypop". It looks like a counterfeit product and total waste of my money. On top of that I have to spend $40 dollars to send it back. And they don't even have refund policy (only store credit). As if I am going to buy something again from this fraudulent company. Buyers beware! It is easy to get tempted by seeing their fraudulent photos. It was my mistake to buy from them even after seeing the reviews on this site. Very expensive mistake.”

“I ordered from kalki and from the starting the order was a miss. They send the wrong sizes I ordered according to the size chart and inch measurements but they sent me sizes 10 inches shorter. It took forever to explain their team the issue and I had to repeat myself 10-15 times! They gave me stupid options like please go to your local tailor and get a brand new kurti fixed (it shouldn’t be ripped in the first place!). After the returns processing taking 2 months they finally agreed to return my money but then made an excuse saying the bank is blocking my return back. They basically kept arguing and saying they can’t do anything or return my money. I STILL haven’t gotten my money back. I have never had this issue anywhere. Kalki is a thief house not a fashion house!!”

“They sent me a smaller size, when i complained they promised that they will exchange it with additional $20 charges. When i returned it they informed that my size dress is not available and they will refund me the entire cost. But while refunding they deducted $20 for nothing. This is a FRAUD and the owners are big time cheat!”

“Sent me the wrong size. I repeatedly contacted their customer service WhatsApp number for over a month. They either did not reply or said they were looking into it. It’s been many weeks and I still haven’t heard back. They also have a website that has returns link that doesn’t work. Very poor customer service.”

“Extremely poor service for international orders. The ETA is incorrect. Didn’t ship me order 2 weeks after I ordered it. I cancelled my order and they didn’t process me refund even after 7 days of following up! On the 7th day. They told me it would take another 7 days for the refund to be processed. Horrible place to purchase from”
