completely made in wrong size, at least three size smaller, after sending back and forth many emails that i need this dress for a wedding on 18th June, i received it on 20th June a size that i cant fit into. I paid $50 extra so that they made it in bigger size!!!! they are really good in sales but not so good when you want to contact them. I am very upset that i don't have a dress now. I am waiting for their reply for the returns and get back the money. This is ridiculous. How can they make it so small when a full measurement is given!!!! Please don't but from here i got carried away by seeing this good reviews but clearly they are not true. NO SENSE OF DEADLINE AND CANT MAKE DRESS OBVIOUSLY.

I ordered two suits. I liked one of them and not the other. I wanted to return the other but they would not just take it. They just keep sending emails that they can work on the fitting. Also, they have a 24 hr return policy from the delivery date. If you happen to be out of station when the order is delivered then you can never return the product. If you order product from Kalki make sure you do not travel until you receive the product.

Very poor after sales services. Tailors are rude and directly deny to repair the outfit just by saying that we will charge u higher and u can get it done with ur own tailor at cheaper rates. When asked the reason that why the outfit has damaged they say even we have seen such damage for the first time. Cost is very high as compared to the quality of cloth material u provide. Extremely disappointing experience!!

When I ordered my top it said that it would arrive by November 30th. It is now December 2nd and it just got shipped. I need it as I am leaving the country for a wedding tomorrow and I don't have it. I had to buy another top on amazon.

Great garments. But very very poor staff. Most unhelpful. Store is flooded with staff but no one is interested in attending.

Very bad service, upon ordering a saree, I had asked what material it was however staff kept saying that they didn't know and would get back to me, however they never did. Eventually I had to buy the saree as I didn't have much time, received the saree and wasn't happy with it. It has been a week and I have asked to return it but I am unable to as it has been more than 48 hours. I am very disappointed and will not be shopping here again. I cannot believe that such a high classed store with designer sarees has such poor service.

I placed an order on the 14/10/16 n was suppose to receive it by the 24/10/2016 for which I got an email saying it will be delayed and release it by the end of the week. I did notify Kalki I was in urgent need of the outfit for Diwali and now Diwali is over and I still haven't received my outfit.!!!

Very bad company to work with. They advertised delivery Oct 17, then Oct 26, then Nov 15 then doubled the price from $199 to $398 Will never do business with this company again

It was not as shown in the picture..the zardosi detailing was turned black.I don't think they inspect the finished product before shipping it..and make you wait for the returns..not at all worth the price

I placed the order on August 1st. Then I get an email asking me if I wanted the blouse stitched. I made a call from USA to informed them that it was already mentioned on the order that I needed the blouse fabric. Then, I was informed by an employee that it would be shipped on August 10th. I did not receive any notification that it was being shipped informing me of the tracking number. Ultimately it was returned as the contact person was not available at teh time. Recevied another email, I informed them to leave it with the security. Till August 15th it was not delivered. Finlly called again and that is when a young lady Saloni acutally tried to help me. Finally it was delivered on August 17th. Guess what the person whom it was gifted to did not like the sari as according to the receiver said it looked very nice in the photograph but physically the saree was very gaudy. I would appreciate it, if the receiver would be allowed to visit your Santa Cruz retail outlet and be allowed to exchange it.

Misleading in advertising. For some outfit, the stitching work were not done by the professional, likewise the inspector, if there is any, fail to exam the quality. Ask customer to return on their own---to UPS office, packaging, paying.... And you only want to pay a $15 discount to future purchase for the compensation. I assure you the way of your treating people will lead you to fail here, the real world of humane.

Horrible site to order from! I had ordered 3 items from them, 2 being of custom size and even submitted the proof. However they sent all 3 items of one size and refused to fix the order or even reimburse for the loss. Apparently, in their company only the bust size matters. So if you are a larger woman, make sure you remember that only your bust will be accommodated and all other body measurements will be disregarded. Will never be ordering from here again. Worst experience ever.

Hi i was very disappointed , i've already pick 2 Blouse (kutis) wanted to do payment but unfortunately none of your payment mode is easy for me , as your system says I can pay by credit/debit card but there's nothing shows such mode at all , you should let your customers settle the payment in a very simplest way.
