They really Dnt nw how to talk to there customers. A: I must say that I've had the most wonderful experience at KALKI....from the staff to the lady who drapes the lengha for you was soo kind...being someone who does not have the perfect figure, I always either got the looks for store staff or the dialogue, we don't have lenghas in your size.....This store made me feel special in more than one way and I would definitely recommend it to any bride who is in the process of hunting her perfect wedding wear.... "Will never come back and will not recommend anyone" FIRSTLY I MUST SAY YOU HAVE VERY BAD CUSTOMER HANDLING AND PEOPLE WHO ARE WORKING WITH YOU DO NOT HAVE ANY SERIOUSNESS ABOUT THERE WORK AS THEY TALK IN VERY LAYMAN LANGUAGE WITH YOUR CLIENTS. After doing blunder they still do not change there attitude towards customer. My Worst Experience- I have my marriage on 2 oct 2020 so, wanted to purchase gown for my special day so, i ordered my product ON KALKI on 12 August 2020 the order i placed on whatsup with some so call designer , where i have clearly mentioned my date of marriage and my size as US 19 and your designer said yes will take of the same and additional payment has to do as size is not available..... So, i was clear that my order got placed amd i paid 17100/- for my wedding gown.l, then THERE WERE NO CALL FOR MEASUREMENT NO FOLLOW UP CALLS NOTHING .... but i had some doubt on neck pattern do i contacted your team through email on 28 Aug 2020 but NO REPLY FROM THEM and then i whatsup her again on 9 sept 2020 so, they provided me DESIGNER MOHINEE number and i contacted her on 9 sept 2020. Where i discussed with her about the neck pattern and i confirmed her that she can process my order with given neck and do not change. AGAIN I ASK HER FOR DATE WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THIS SO SHE CONFIRMED ME THAT IT WILL BE DELIVERED ON 20 Sept 2020. " My point is till 9 sept these people were not knowing the about fabric all of sudden when i called them to check the delivery status on 19 sept 2020 , these people saying we can not deliver your product" This so called Kalki fashion is just a name and they do not care about customers emotions , as they ruined my entire wedding dress plans.”

“Kalki Fashion is the worst. Spare yourself and don’t buy from them ever. I am still waiting for my order for which I paid twice. Their customer service department sucks . They rarely reply and when they do , they come up with an excuse for not delivering your product on time . The product on the website says ready to ship and it still takes them like a month for them to write an email and apologise for the delay in order . Never buying again from them”

“I had the worst experience with these people. Issues: 1. No acknowledgment of orders, returns or exchanges. 2. Most pathetic customer service. 3. No value for customer. This is the most useless online store of all time. Nobody should ever order from here. guard yourself against their claims.”

“Stay away!! ‘Horrible experience’ doesn’t begin to describe this online-rabbit-hole-store-front operation. This was one of my first PayPal transactions and THANKFULLY PayPal was able to help get my money back. KalkiFashion would NEVER have refunded a penny unless PayPal forced them to. Bad business. Be Careful!”

“Worst experience of online shopping with kalki I have purchase a sarees and it was prepaid order took more than 15 days to get delivered and product is cheap in quality want to return but not getting any response . Shame on cheaters. Worst quality with worst customer service.”

“Terrible customer service. Despite emailing over 8 times and contacting customer service on WhatsApp and providing proof of a defective item, I have still not gotten a reply from anyone regarding how to return an item. They just screw you around promising that a different person will contact you but no one ever does. Basically know that if you buy something, then there is no returning it and no actual customer service.”

“I had a very bad experience with Kalki fashion, I ordered kurti online it was ready to ship, I got an email saying that it will take 10-15 as our designer is making it fresh. When I received the product it was different from the design I selected. I was not informed that I will be receiving different product. If the product is out of stock why it is still showing on your website. I felt cheated. They are showing products which are out of stock on their website and cheating customer by sending them different products.”

“If you're afraid of shopping online with indian retailers - you should be. I purchased 2 outfits from Kalkifashion. I purchased this item https://www.kalkifashion.com/featuring-yellow-anarkali-suit-embellished-in-thread-and-moti-embroidery.html They sent me the wrong size - it was 2 sizes smaller than what I had ordered and made for the wrong height. I was too tall for it. There is no pajami sent with it either, so my ankles and calves are visible. I immediately emailed them about the error with measurements of the item vs what the sizing on the website was. Instead of taking responsibility, they told me I was wrong and that I should take it to a tailor. They offered to pay up to $50 for the tailor, to fix a suit that can't be fixed. Not to mention that $50 for tailoring services in Canada is nothing and extra fabric doesn't just magically appear. Because I live in Canada, I had to pay for duties on top of the outfit. They asked me pay more money to send the outfit back, without compensating for the duties that were over $100. In the end, they did nothing about it and I'm stuck with a $500 outfit that would never fit me.”

“Terrible experience - DONT SHOP HERE! I went in store and they convinced me that they could make what I wanted in the colour and design I wanted. I agreed and came back home patiently awaiting my package. I ordered in February 14 I got a call in March saying it was no longer possible to make in the colour I choose. It’s May now and I’m still waiting for a refund... it’s an expensive sari gown. Their customer service just keeps pushing it off.”

“Horrible experience. Horrible quality and customer service. I ordered two outfits, but the wrong ones were sent to me. I was advised that I would get a refund and followed the company’s instructions to return the items in mail. I was advised to send them back as a gift in the name of "Shishir Gupta“ so they company would not have to pay customs. I did everything I was told, but they now refuse to process a refund.”

“It's been several months and I still haven't received my refund. Their customer service and online chat is extremely terrible. No one offers to help. First I was given the run around for the return of the items that I purchased and then they told me to send the returning items via USPS. USPS tracking works well in the US but I'm not sure how it is in India. Well, bottom line I that I lost close to $200 and these people are so damn greedy and won't refund my money.”
