“Avoid like plague AVOID KALKI!! The e-commerce is extremely poor of this store, items out of stock are still shown available online. After the payment is made, you then receive OUT OF STOCK notification. The money will not get refunded and you are left with no choice but to buy something else which will they claim will take 30 days to make. My 30 days of waiting time is over, and soon will be the wedding and I will not have my outfit in time. STAY AWAY!!!!”

“They can't be trusted; they provide false information every step of the way. False delivery date promises and false communications after lodging complaints. They provide no updates or information if the order is getting delayed. I will strongly recommend to not purchase from them.”

“On 25 December 2022 I purchased 2 sarees and a kurta from the Delhi store for my daughter, my niece and my son to wear to a wedding In Bangalore. Kalki agreed to stitch the blouse for my daughter and post it and the rest of my purchases to Bangalore by 10 January in time for a wedding on 25 January. It did not arrive and apart from a call to my friend in Bangalore to confirm her address they have made no attempt to contact me. I have emailed and tried to contact them through WhatsApp and have also had numerous nonsensical phone conversations with Nisha in the Delhi store. Nisha has advised that: A. the items were sent by courier on the date of purchase which seems bizarre given that a blouse had to be made; and B. The sarees have been located but the kurta is missing. The wedding is fast approaching and I am at my wits end. I have previously dealt with Kalki’s online business and would again because of the service and quality of the products, but Kalki is clearly a fish out of water in premier retail business. It has overwhelmingly been my worst ever customer service experience in India or in any other country.”

“Avoid this company at all cost! They never answer e-mails and give a million excuses to not initiate a return. I still haven't received my money back! Also, the package was delivered extremely late!”

“The site is not secured. Now the scammers have access to my info. and demanding for my DL, SSN, DOB along with money. Purchased a gift for my friend who lives in Australia. The payment was taken out from my account immediately. The product was never shipped. The company claims that they didn't receive the payment despite sending a copy of the bank statement to them.”

“after continuously following up on my order for a month, 2 days before delivery i was told that my order would be delayed by a month. No other information shared. They did not take any accountability for the delay. literally zero fs given. And now i wont have an outfit for the occasion. Never recommending or going back to this poorly run business. And no, nothing can be done fix this blunder from their end.”

“On July 13th, 2022, I placed my order with Babita. Which was tailored to my measurements. A month later, on August 17, I received my outfit, and the measurements were completely incorrect. I contacted the person I had ordered from as soon as I got the order, and after several attempts they eventually responded that I must send the outfit back on September 1st and receive a replacement outfit made to exact measurements. They provided me a FedEx shipping label on September 1, and on September 2 I mailed the package to them. On September 14 it was delivered to the address in New Jersey. Since then, Aarti & Zeba, and I have been exchanging messages back and forth. It has been 5 months since I am trying to get this outfit which I paid for to be ready in August. Since October 31st, I have not received any response to my queries and this is so unprofessional and ridiculous. I have no whereabouts or status of my outfit or to see if I would even receive any refund of my money. This is seriously the worst customer service I have experienced in my life. ”

“This store has good stuff but very disorganized I had a bought a piece and the numbers for contact they gave me will never work. No one answers to whatap messages. I had to do my research and through online search had to reach out to them. The store manager Mr Dinesh was helpful but does not take responsibility when things go wrong The staff who work there have their own way to do things. They are rude They dont follow up to explain or follow up any change of pattern if alternation is to be done Very poor service. Would not recommend this store South end extension branch.”

“Do not shop here! My daughter purchased a top delivered to UK but the fit is terrible. She is having no luck corresponding by email to find out about returning. They just keep resending a standard email. Extremely poor customer service.”

“Do not shop here! Return policy is not clear and they won’t allow a return of an unworn item. I am not out $200. Terrible service. Couldn’t contact them via phone or live chat. They keep emailing me asking what the problem is. The problem is I need to return and need my money back”

“i happened to visit the shop last month. I was wanting to buy a dress ..I encountered a terrible sales people full of attitude. looking at me he says we don't have your size... I am size large and i wear most of the normal labels .I think these people should be better trained to handle customers ..Very disappointed I left the shop and bought my stuff from Seasons. Very Bad customer relation.”

“Very bad service they have. Staff aren't polite at all. While selling they provide very good service after products sold they ask who are you?? Had you bought by kalki ?? Who was your sale person?? That meant kalki is not brand. That's such bad thing about kalki.Even the master takeing measurement dont know how to take it. Quality of Metal hooks n chain got junk within a year. Evey bad stuff & Quality.”

“Item never delivered and no sign of refund. Customer service has a standard response, "Sorry for your experience, we are looking into it" The USA contact phone number does not work and now my only option is to take it up with my credit card company.”

“Horrible horrible saree!!! Cheap quality and very bad embroidery work. Everything about the saree was wrong. Such a scam.will attach pics. See for yourself. Save yourself the pain and money and don’t order from these frauds.”

“Your products don’t even deserve one star. I bought 2 salwar suits. One was teal green anarkali suit and second was straigh fitting pink suit. I placed the order on 6/09/2021. I received a whatsapp text by Nazia that she was looking after the order. So i gave her the height of my wife 5ft 3inches and also specified that the suit was meant to be size US0 as per your size guide. We received the first anarkali suit on the 14/10/2021. The lenght of the suit itself was about 3 inches long. The pantas was very wide and was over 6inches long, hands were very wide and was made for some with very fat arms maybe around size US 6. The waist was 30 inches instead of 27inches. So i straight away sent phoyos and a complaint message to Nazia via whatsapp. But all i get is excuses that the designer has left some space for adjustments. So whats the point of having your size guide. Why did you ask for the height of the person who ordered the kurta. Very unprofessional, frustrating and unhelpful. Now i have to spend another $120 to have this stupid suit altered. Also todays date is 27/10/2021 and i still haven’t received the secong pink coloured suit. God know what issues that will have. I am not happy with ur service and would never recommend or buy from you in future. Below are the details of my order.
