“Scam Alert: Avoid Kalki Fashion at All Costs! If you're considering buying from Kalki Fashion, do yourself a favor and run in the opposite direction. This so-called "fashion retailer" is nothing but a scam factory. Let me share my nightmare experience with them to save you from the same misery. First off, let's talk about the outrageous $79 customs fee for EACH item shipped to Canada. That's right, every single item in my order came with this extortionate fee, making the cost skyrocket beyond reason. This is on top of their already inflated prices. It's clear that Kalki Fashion is in the business of ripping off customers, not serving them. As if the ridiculous fees weren't enough, the products I ordered never even arrived. I placed a substantial order, expecting to receive high-quality items. What I got was a complete mess. They completely botched my order, sending wrong items and missing half of it altogether. When I tried to get some clarity, I was met with lie after lie from their customer service. They promised to resolve the issue, but all I got were empty promises and no action. Kalki Fashion's customer service is a joke. They are unresponsive, unhelpful, and frankly, deceitful. Every interaction with them felt like I was being strung along. They kept telling me my order was on the way, only for nothing to show up. It's like they enjoy misleading their customers. In short, Kalki Fashion is the epitome of a fraudulent operation. They will take your money, charge you exorbitant fees, and deliver nothing but frustration and disappointment. Unless you enjoy being scammed, stay far, far away from this disgraceful company. Save your time, money, and sanity and shop elsewhere. Rating: 0/5 - Would give negative stars if I could.”

“I ordered two daters I made mistake order wrong size same day never helped problem solved. Each time different agent comes finally they told me closed ticket I asked them I can order an other saree blouse please help me. No help at all when I told them about review they said 5% discount on my order and after two days they just sent me another email that I can get 5% on my next purchase you think I will order? They never kept their word”

“recommend not to shop from this website. worse customer service I ever have to deal with, I place an order for events and after one week when the estimated delivery time has passed, I message them they told me the item is out of stock and never notify me. and never be able to resolve the issue in over a month and don't want to refund my money either. and the same item I purchase show availability on their website when I check, and I message them again to send me the item as it show they want to charge me extra for same item like it's my fault. they don't care about the problem. they just want to take your money.”

“Awful Experience with KALKI FASHION I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Kalki Fashion. I ordered a kurta that I needed by August 1st (for the wedding and website also showed the same delivery date). After placing my order couple days later, I received a message from one of their team members saying there was a production issue and that I needed to choose something else. Despite my repeated attempts to get answers, I was completely ignored. To make matters worse, when I inquired in their business WhatsApp group, I was told that my order would ship within 30 days when I need it by August 1st? Should I get married after 30 days then? This kind of service is absolutely ridiculous. How can a company operate with such incompetence? Last time I ordered, they also failed to pay the customs fees, causing me even more hassle and extra charges. And now, despite their website still showing that the kurta is available and will arrive by August 1st, I'm stuck with no answers and no resolution in sight. I’ve provided two alternative options for them to ship instead, but given their track record, I have zero confidence that this will be handled properly. I demand immediate action, but based on my experiences so far, I’m not holding my breath. Avoid KALKI at all costs. Their service is a complete nightmare and not worth the headache. ZT”

“Horrible customer service. I ordered lehnga and saree in April and beacause of some reason I have to cancel my order few days later. They only refunded money for saree and I am still waiting to get refund for my lehnga. Every time when I contact customer service they will say within 24 hours we will resolve this but since last two months I just keep contacting Kalki still no money refunded. They are fraud.”

“Terrible experience with this company that is still persisting. Purchased a ready-made organza saree after receiving assurances that the saree would be draped well after I expressed concerns about my draping skills. Product was received in Jan/Feb 2024 and the stitching was shoddy, terrible and not at all as shown in the picture. Refused to take ownership for their subpar product, instead insisting that I bear the return shipping cost or offering me a meagre refund amount to alter the product despite me expressing concerns that I do not know a tailor who can do the repair work. Protracted, ongoing communications with Kalki Fashion are fruitless with only one message - "we are escalating this and will get back to you soon"; 4 months after the fact! A complaint has been lodged with Consumer Protection agency but Kalki is apparently ignoring the agency's request for information. Will not recommend.”

“Warning: Do Not Buy Here! They Are Frauds I am writing to share my unfortunate experience with this company. After completing my purchase, which included paying in full and being assured that shipping was free, I received a notification from customs requesting an additional payment of $112.32 for clearance of my saree and blouse. Upon contacting customer service, I was informed that I am responsible for the customs fees, contrary to the initial claim that shipping was free. This crucial information was not disclosed at the time of purchase, leading to unexpected and unwarranted expenses. Such practices are deceptive and unacceptable. I urge potential customers to reconsider their decision to purchase from this company. Fraud Fraud Fraud Fraud”

“They are terrible with alterations, customer service and returns. I paid for alterations for two outfits they sent them with no alterations made!!! Also they made me a custom sari blouse with a tacky golden zipper going down the middle back! The men’s clothes were better, women’s outfits not so much”

“I have placed an order and made the payment also, expected delivery date was May’2024. I have not received my order and status still shows as "processing." No one responds to my email and I get only automated WhatsApp messages. I hope someone will reach out to me from KALKI Fashions and do the refund”

“Worst experience from kalki fashion online shopping from Mumbai store. I have ordered my Lehenga on 3rd March with was already paid, so that according to their policy i can get it on time but on 13th April without any prior email they have informed me that product is unavailable. So we are unavailable to deliver it. This behaviour is totally unprofessional and unapologetical, and i am never ever going to buy anything from kalki fashion and even i will tell my family and friends not to purchase anything from their website.”

“I ordered 2 items after seeing an advert. I was taken in by the variety of outfits. I received 1 item over a week late, the item is terrible quality and the other item has not arrived. I was charged for both. I have tried contacting the UK number, emailing them, WhatsApp messaging, the online chat - I even contacted them on insta, then tried to leave a comment under one of their posts asking for help (which they reported and removed). I have not had a single response. STAY AWAY from this company they're a complete scam!”

“I placed and order and in error checked the wrong size. Immediately I tried to correct through chat and email. Everyday I sent messages through both channels with no response on email at all. Chat I got one question the dummy asked for order number which was I chat already and again no response for days. I cannot correct or cancel order! Now order is being shipped due to your lack of responsiveness. The worse e-commerce shopping experience. If you do not plan to support digital market why offer it?”
