“I had the worst experience with these people. Issues: 1. No acknowledgment of orders, returns or exchanges. 2. Most pathetic customer service. 3. No value for customer. This is the most useless online store of all time. Nobody should ever order from here. guard yourself against their claims.”

“Stay away!! ‘Horrible experience’ doesn’t begin to describe this online-rabbit-hole-store-front operation. This was one of my first PayPal transactions and THANKFULLY PayPal was able to help get my money back. KalkiFashion would NEVER have refunded a penny unless PayPal forced them to. Bad business. Be Careful!”

“Worst experience of online shopping with kalki I have purchase a sarees and it was prepaid order took more than 15 days to get delivered and product is cheap in quality want to return but not getting any response . Shame on cheaters. Worst quality with worst customer service.”

“Terrible customer service. Despite emailing over 8 times and contacting customer service on WhatsApp and providing proof of a defective item, I have still not gotten a reply from anyone regarding how to return an item. They just screw you around promising that a different person will contact you but no one ever does. Basically know that if you buy something, then there is no returning it and no actual customer service.”

“I had a very bad experience with Kalki fashion, I ordered kurti online it was ready to ship, I got an email saying that it will take 10-15 as our designer is making it fresh. When I received the product it was different from the design I selected. I was not informed that I will be receiving different product. If the product is out of stock why it is still showing on your website. I felt cheated. They are showing products which are out of stock on their website and cheating customer by sending them different products.”

“If you're afraid of shopping online with indian retailers - you should be. I purchased 2 outfits from Kalkifashion. I purchased this item https://www.kalkifashion.com/featuring-yellow-anarkali-suit-embellished-in-thread-and-moti-embroidery.html They sent me the wrong size - it was 2 sizes smaller than what I had ordered and made for the wrong height. I was too tall for it. There is no pajami sent with it either, so my ankles and calves are visible. I immediately emailed them about the error with measurements of the item vs what the sizing on the website was. Instead of taking responsibility, they told me I was wrong and that I should take it to a tailor. They offered to pay up to $50 for the tailor, to fix a suit that can't be fixed. Not to mention that $50 for tailoring services in Canada is nothing and extra fabric doesn't just magically appear. Because I live in Canada, I had to pay for duties on top of the outfit. They asked me pay more money to send the outfit back, without compensating for the duties that were over $100. In the end, they did nothing about it and I'm stuck with a $500 outfit that would never fit me.”

“Terrible experience - DONT SHOP HERE! I went in store and they convinced me that they could make what I wanted in the colour and design I wanted. I agreed and came back home patiently awaiting my package. I ordered in February 14 I got a call in March saying it was no longer possible to make in the colour I choose. It’s May now and I’m still waiting for a refund... it’s an expensive sari gown. Their customer service just keeps pushing it off.”

“Horrible experience. Horrible quality and customer service. I ordered two outfits, but the wrong ones were sent to me. I was advised that I would get a refund and followed the company’s instructions to return the items in mail. I was advised to send them back as a gift in the name of "Shishir Gupta“ so they company would not have to pay customs. I did everything I was told, but they now refuse to process a refund.”

“It's been several months and I still haven't received my refund. Their customer service and online chat is extremely terrible. No one offers to help. First I was given the run around for the return of the items that I purchased and then they told me to send the returning items via USPS. USPS tracking works well in the US but I'm not sure how it is in India. Well, bottom line I that I lost close to $200 and these people are so damn greedy and won't refund my money.”

“I ordered 3 items for my brothers wedding. Kalki Fashion delivered the items late and failed to pay all the courier charges so I had to pay an additional £50 to the courier to receive my items. I was informed I would be refunded this money but no such refund has been processed. In addition, all 3 items were either faulty (embroidery turning green and hidden zips showing on the outside) or damaged (embroidery pulled in areas falling apart/coming loose in others). I sent the items back (at my own cost) having been told that a refund would be processed. Kalki Fashion have been in receipt of my items for over 10 days and have made no attempt to refund my money. I am now forced to commence legal action to recover my money. VERY POOR AND DISHONEST SERVICE. I will be reporting to trading standards, as I do not think they are trading in accordance with UK standards.”

“I have bought a dress from them for my brother’s wedding, after talking to them over two months about size and delivery date, they sent the dress after the wedding, and I have never gone through so much frustration. And better yet I found out they send me the dress 10 sizes small, I felt so angry that word can’t describe. I mean what sort of horrible incompetence people make those dresses! These company has no ethical standard or respect for their customer. Since I return the horrible assemble they are not communicating with me enough after promising money back!!! It’s been two months. I don’t kn0ow how Kalki Fashion sleeps after taking other people’s hard earn money! As a customer now I am helpless, I can’t go to India and do anything about it!! So upsetting. PLEASE DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.”

“completely made in wrong size, at least three size smaller, after sending back and forth many emails that i need this dress for a wedding on 18th June, i received it on 20th June a size that i cant fit into. I paid $50 extra so that they made it in bigger size!!!! they are really good in sales but not so good when you want to contact them. I am very upset that i don't have a dress now. I am waiting for their reply for the returns and get back the money. This is ridiculous. How can they make it so small when a full measurement is given!!!! Please don't but from here i got carried away by seeing this good reviews but clearly they are not true. NO SENSE OF DEADLINE AND CANT MAKE DRESS OBVIOUSLY.”

“I ordered two suits. I liked one of them and not the other. I wanted to return the other but they would not just take it. They just keep sending emails that they can work on the fitting. Also, they have a 24 hr return policy from the delivery date. If you happen to be out of station when the order is delivered then you can never return the product. If you order product from Kalki make sure you do not travel until you receive the product.”

“Very poor after sales services. Tailors are rude and directly deny to repair the outfit just by saying that we will charge u higher and u can get it done with ur own tailor at cheaper rates. When asked the reason that why the outfit has damaged they say even we have seen such damage for the first time. Cost is very high as compared to the quality of cloth material u provide. Extremely disappointing experience!!”
