“My experience at KWH was nothing short of amazing. They did everything possible to make my experience as fun and stress-free as possible even with COVID. I found my absolute dream dress and am forever thankful to the ladies at KWH who helped me get a swatch of the dress so I could match my accessories and who helped me with adjusting my order! Thank you for everything!”

“I had a great experience at KWH- Victoria made the dress-trying experience very relaxed and comfortable and I was able to find the perfect dress on my very first visit. The ordering and alterations process was smooth and easy and exactly on time. On the day, the dress made me feel confident and beautiful and no bride can ask for more than that!”

“I've never felt so beautiful & glamorous as I did in my stunning Karen Willis Holmes wedding gown. We wanted our beachside wedding to be a fun and fabulous celebration of our love, so I was looking for a dress that was comfortable to wear, had a real wow factor and also said "lets party"! The hand sequined Cindy gown fitted the bill perfectly. Right from my first visit to the Karen Willis Holmes boutique in Alexandria through to my final fitting in Newtown the experience was always positive, professional, and never pushy. I recommend KWH to any bride. Their range of beautiful, modern, gowns have something to suit every shape, size, and style. Thank you for helping me feel & look so incredible on our special day.”

“I visited KWH on 19 November and the whole experience was fantastic. The lady who looked after me could not have been more helpful and instantly put me at ease. Just lovely! Needless to say, I got my wedding dress here and it is just perfect!”

“I would NOT recommend Karen Willis Holmes to anyone. It was the worst purchasing experience I have ever had. I bought a $3,000 dress in June, I was unable to confirm a fitting time at the time of purchase as I am a doctor and couldn't guarantee I was available in business hours (they only provide times in business hours), therefore I did not pay the fitting fee at this time. I called in October to confirm a fitting time and offered to pay the $800 to secure it. They assured me they could fit me in and there was no need to pay at that time. I just received a call to say that they will no longer accommodate me and that I should seek business elsewhere. Even though I have already paid a 50% deposit for my $3,000 dress. I have never felt so neglected by a business! Apparently, my dress has been ready and waiting for me FOR A MONTH and I have not been notified. I will be calling the ACCC, apparently, there are 250 brides in the same position as me. Do not spend $3000 on a dress that is essentially off the rack, as they will finish it and you will need to seek alterations elsewhere.”

“I had the most AMAZING experience at KWH. My stylist, Jazz, made me feel comfortable, special and like an absolute queen. I felt like the most amazing bride in my KWH dress! The alterations team also went out of their way to accomodate for my medical needs, sewing a hidden pocket for my insulin pump. Amazing!”

“Today I had my first appointment at Karen Willis Holmes and it was perfect. Victoria made finding my dream dress a breeze. She was honest (which I appreciated very much!) and was very in tune with what I was looking for. She had already chosen out my dress before I did! I also had my concerns with our wedding being only 5 months away but this wasn’t an issue whatsoever. Could not recommend this stunning store enough. Loved every minute x”

“Stephanie was super lovely to work with! She made me feel completely comfortable and helped me figure out what I liked and didnt like in a dress. Even more than that, when I didn’t find exactly what I was looking for she was able to tell me about other shops that might have my dream dress! I was blown away by the fact that she cared more about making sure I found MY dress than just making a sale. It made feel so taken care of! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a wedding dress”
