“Delivery on time, of products that I had ordered, at a 50% reduction, which included the Karrimor Xlite insole, which will replace the pair that protected my feet last autumn when I walked the 290 mile Pennine Way, wearing Karrimor boots. Which I have also just replaced with a new pair of Karrimor Orkney lll boots, even though their predecessors are still in use after many long and shorter walks, but are now used for gardening purposes only.”

“Product good Paid for 1 day delivery last Tuesday - had not arrived when we left for walking trip at 2.30 p.m. on Friday. Apparently in Southampton depot early Thursday morning. I feel a refund of the one-day delivery surcharge is in order.”

“The shoes I ordered were delivered promptly and were a good price BUT although they were the size I usually wear (7/41) they were much too small and I have had to return them. I would have liked to order the next size up but according to the website 7/41 is the largest available so I am not a happy customer.”

“Great jacket, new condition with swing tags, unfortunately the security tag was still in place on the bottom of the jacket too. I eventually got it off with some aviation snips. Come on Karrimor be a bit more attentive.”

“You delivered my new Jura rucksack very promptly. However, I wished to replace my favourite old Karrimor Trail (35 litre) rucksack with something identical or very close and the Jura is not quite right. The Trail is made of more robust material and has a wider hip strap and small zipped pockets on the hip straps. Do you still make the Trail rucksack ?”
