“Quick and easy way of purchasing etc. Bit disappointed with the amount of postage to pay. The yodel service was also a bit iffy in that my parcel was delivered smelling of cigarettes - for a non smoker especially it isn't the best. But the quality of the products inside were great.”

“i was extremely happy with how easy it was to place the order and the correspondence from Karrimor regarding order conformation and dispatch details. Then I became very un happy as I ( apparently) missed a delivery from Yodel on the Tuesday - i missed a delivery again on Wednesday ( even though i was in when the delivery was supposed to have been attempted) so I am now sat in waiting again for the Yodel delivery , if the parcel does not come today ( I need it for tomorrow ) i will be returning it. I will probably not order from you again as Yodel badly let you down and cannot be relied on”

“Everything was as expected and fast delivery... although i must say that ( even though nothing happened to it ! ) I find it a bit risky sending a tent overseas packed only in its packsack with plastic wrapping..... !!!”

“The main product was not quite as described in the website so I had bought an extra that I didn't need. No point returning it as the cost to return is about the same as the purchase price. I would not have ordered from you if I had known you used Yodel as a carrier. I will not use them under any circumstances.”

“Gear is excellent. Price was excellent. Turn around time was excellent. The use of Yodel as a currier was a big mistake. £70 of gear was left outside of my house next to a bin in sight of a busy main road.”

“Duffle bags look sturdy enough though the shoulder straps don't appear easy to adjust when carrying on your shoulders - I haven't tried it with weight yet. The superlite rucksacks are larger than I was hoping for. The washbags are excellent. Delivery was fast (to Paris) and I was kept informed throughout.”

“I ordered walking shoes to be picked up from a local branch of Sports Direct. Arrived quickly, good communication, shop staff good, product good and it fitted perfectly. If it hadn't fitted properly I would have had to sort out a return courier which is my only gripe, but I was told I could do an exchange with anything in stock in the shop. Plus I got a £5 gift voucher for shopping online. Great”
