“Saw the trainer's in a local shop but they didn't have my size so I went online and got them cheaper! Also bought sandles and 3 70 litre travel bags!”

“Good - Ordered a pair of trainers online which arrived promptly. Have bought similar before in a shop so knew what to expect. Good service. Bad - having just clicked to confirm the order I noticed another more expensive style that I would have preferred but there was no way to amend the order. I am sure I could return the trainers and reorder but it would be much better to alter the website to enable changes to an order.”

“Company service good and communication excellent. Quality of sandals is good and sale price superb value but sizing is way out on both men's and women's lines. Ordered size 42 (8 ) women's to replace existing superbly fitting Karrimor sandals, also size 42 but these are too short and too narrow. I wear a 40 or 41 in Birkenstock! Similar problem with men's 44.5 (10 ) for my husband who takes a nine and a half in a shoe and happily wears 44 Birkenstocks. 4 different styles, all with size issues I have paid postage, will have to pay return postage ,and more postage for replacements in larger size....but in future first will find the shoes in Sports Direct ( I believe they 'own' the Karrimor brand name ) and make sure they fit before considering buying on line! Makes me wish I had braved the shops in the first place.”

“Paid for next day delivery and they arrived on time just as stated. The only thing I can grimace about is I paid £21.99but on the box the price is £14.69 .”

“I ordered two item of the same size, paid extra for next day delivery only to find that one of the items was very small. Luckily I knew a girl who it fitted, otherwise it would have cost me even more to return it by recorded delivery. Wasn't such a good buy.”

“Pleased with my purchase and pleased with the service from Karrimor. However, I'm afraid that the courier company that Karrimor use, Yodel, are absolutely useless. I paid for express delivery and waited in all day for my delivery and the parcel never arrived. It was impossible to try and get to talk to anyone in person at Yodel. Spoke to someone at Sports Direct, who was really helpful and they processed a refund for my express delivery immediately - very impressed! My husband finally managed to get to talk to someone senior at Yodel and had to get really angry, before they finally agreed to get someone to deliver my parcel that had been stuck at the Gloucester depot. Please change your deliveries to a decent courier company, like DHL or DPD, as it's only Yodel that let's the side down.”
