“Excellent quality at a great price, just a pity that the website showed products I wanted but on receipt of acknowledgement one item was temporarily out of stock. There was no offer to send it later (with free delivery !).”

“The website and offers on the site were very good, the order process was very easy and understandable, my only slight issue was that on the delivery it would cost me £4.99 for home delivery (which is fine) so thought I would collect in store which was a sports direct and still had to pay for delivery, I feel this option as seems to be the norm with other websites should be free. The products were as discribed and very good. Overall a very good process, the delivery was quick and easy to collect.”

“Good style and good quality. But some comments would like to make, the size of the jacket made me so confuse. I had bought 2 female jacket, both are size 14. But one of them is more bigger then the other. I think one of them is so larger for me. So would you pls show customer the correct size for different style of items?”

“I love the Phantom waterproof trousers and have bought a pair previously for industrial use in Rope Access/Contruction work. They are extremely durable and are one of the best in their price range. I'm still waiting on my online order to arrive in store for collection but for some reason the web page billed me for delivery charge too? It's been 3 full working days and still no news of so called "delivery" in my local sports direct store?”

“The internet site was user friendly. The dispatch and delivery information timely. The experience of collection from Sportdirect, Kidderminster was poor/average. It would be better customer service if it were possible to collect in store, try the items and return items not suitable, immediately to the store. I was told I could leave the items I wished to return with the store but I could only have goods or a credit note. This I found unacceptable. Rohan, John Lewis and others large companies make provision for collect and return in store, perhaps Karrimor will do so in the near future. I like your sandal products and will continue to purchase from time to time, they are well designed and constructed.”

“Nice shoes but sizings are in the small size. Bought a 6 for running trail marathons (I wear a 6 in my road marathon shoe). Should have got a 6.5 as had bruised toes and 2 black toenails as the shoe box not big enough. Will be using them for dog walks and getting a 6.5 as am running an ultra marathon next.”
