“First of all, I think the delivery time is very good, I can received my order within 7 days. However, I found the process status in your site is not parallel to real status. Let's say my case, the process status is something like- waiting in your warehouse for courier to pick up, at the moment I received the order.”

“The coat was delivered in amazingly quick time. Thank you! The coat looks and feels superb. Thank you. The coat still has a shop tag attached - so I am going to have to nip in somewhere and have it removed. A bit disappointing. That apart, I am obviously very happy.”

“speed of delivery very good. However I live in Jersey and we pay no VAT, however I have still not had confirmation of the amount I was billed for the goods, despite several emails. I need to know if I was billed inclusive of VAT or not.”

“I bought two pairs of walking shoes via your internet shop and both the size is UK8, which should be equivalent to Euro42 or US9. However, I found that both your shoes are little bit tight and in my opinion, both of them are 1/2 the size smaller when compared with the size of other brand names, such as Reebok, Nike, and Vasque. Despite of the above, the quality of your shoes looks good and the price seems reasonable.”

“Better price than in the shops, even with the delivery charge, and very quick delivery for us. Only reason it's not 5 stars is that the product that arrived was faulty - but we got a very quick response from customer service when we contacted them about it.”

“Good quality boots, comfortable, quick delivery. My only criticism is that there are no instructions on the best way to tighten the elastic laces, which I found quite difficult.”
