“Received the watches on time collected from sports direct. A little disappointed with the back light on watch really difficult to see. However that is the only thing I can find fault with. For the price it does whst I want.”

“Great sale, got the mountain hat and some fleece gloves, pretty much exactly what I imagined. The delivery is a bit expensive, 5 pound kind of deters people from the sale, even at the reduced sale cost. I also didn't know my local Sports Direct was selling the same items with the same reduced sale price, so I essentially lost out on a fiver through my own error, but still something that possibly looked into. Overall thoroughly enjoy these and other products from Karrimor.”

“The website was easy to use and liked the way you can use PayPal. The only downside is that you still have to pay postage for them to deliver er to on of their stores!”

“My order was collected from the Sports a Direct 3-4 days after I places order online. I returned my items and re-ordered again. I only have one comment to make. Why can't we return the goods to the store as opposed to posting it back to Karrimore at our expense?”

“Bought socks. Sizerange was 7-11 or 12 and up. Since I dont know if I will get 7s or 11s, there is no way for me to know if they will fit or not.”

“Good price, quick delivery, excellent product. I made a mistake on delivery address and had to cancel the whole order and reorder- which seemed a bit daft, but my fault I suppose. I got an email from customer services quite late in the evening which surprised me- so excellent response though I'd have been happy with a response the next day.”

“Shoes are good quality and arived days ahead of time. They didn't email me my reference number until I already had the shoes though and this made it very hard to track and the delivery company had left them with my nabours and I couldn't find this out without the reference number that I hadn't been emailed.”
