“Service was excellent, goods arrived quickly and safely. Downside was the 5 ( counting this ) emails that have come through from Karrimor and then there was 2 more emails from the carrier, its just too much !!!!!!!. Suggest you carry on with the good service but ease up on the emails as it is very annoying. I simply needed to know that my order was received and the date it would be dispatched, could have been on ONE email not SEVEN.”

“Sabre 45 is an excellent product. Unfortunatly the customer care is a "debacle": i 've forgotten to order the pocket extensions when I placed the order and asked 5 minutes later to add to the same shipment. Two days later a received a mail telling that was not possible to change the contents of the delivery and I'm compelled to pay twice the international shipment.....:(.”

“I`m quite dissapointed with the boots but i`m keeping them never the less.I was expecting the tread to be deeper and there are white marks over the boots which i`m thinking is from storage.I wont be using them for any strenuous walking just social walking,being out in the streets and for this i think they are ideal. On the plus side i think they look smart as a casual shoe but the tread being so thin?,i dont think they would be much good across rocky terrain or wet grass.”

“The delivery to Sports Direct in Hounslow was perfectly executed - I ordered my product late afternoon and by 8am the following morning (a Sunday) had already received an email to say that it had been delivered to the store. Very efficient. Entering Sports Direct on a Sunday, however, was like entering Hades....”

“We ordered 4 items and one was out of stock and I think you should have offered me a substitute. Instead you informed me once the red items had left so when I ordered a more of less identical item I had to pay a second postage. Sorry that annoyed me to pay £10 postage for 4 items.”
