“The overall experience is good. However, I was disappointed that the items I ordered were later out of stock after confirmation. If the stock status shown at the shopping pages could reflect the real time stock availability, it could definitely improve the quality of service. Thanks!”

“Great website, easy to navigate. Quick, simple and secure checkout. Everything was great, however I did order an item and I was charged but now I've been told they're temporarily out of stock (karimoor mini hammock). I would still like these so If they can be pre ordered then I will do so.”

“The item arrived vert quickly but was too large so I immediately sent it back and filled out the enclosed form stating I wanted a smaller size. To my surprise a few days later I received an e mail stating a refund was on its way and no mention of a smaller garment being sent. Frustrating.”

“Excellent shopping experience plus fast shipping via DHL to Canada. The backpack lived up to my expectations, plus a bit more, so overall very happy. As with many of the China-made products - one should demand higher quality of workmanship (the waist strap was attached to the backpack on an angle, visibly crooked, but not visible when carrying the backpack) Looking forward many hours of Karrying-more :)”
