“I have been wearing Karrimor for 13 years, I have tried other brands but always end up coming back to Karrimor, I expect to get 1 year continuous wearing in which I get that easily with Karrimor.”

“Delivery was speedy but still later than expected. The fit of the shoe came up a little small so we had to return them for 1/2 a size larger.”

“Excellent fast delivery to store, literally arrived next day. My complaint is that if you need to return your item and exchange it, you end up paying twice for delivery. £10 for two store deliveries?!?! Ridiculous.”

“The waterproof walking shoes were as ordered but as the heels are of a rough fabric finish can cause blisters therefore if you continue to have these manufactured might I suggest you make the internal heel of the smooth cushioned variety as indeed you, and other manufacturers, do with other shoes/boots.”

“Excellent coat that felt strong and put together very well. Confident in the zips and they don't feel like they're about to snap or rip anytime soon. Only picky Con there is, are the long loose threads that are on the coat, but they can be cut off with ease.”

“Order was quickly and accurately delivered. Just a shame none of the shoes actually fitted me. But, full refund (excluding postage) was also very quickly processed. If I had been able to print a return postage label from the website - giving me either free returns or the option to purchase return postage at much cheaper Karrimor rates, score would have been "very good".”

“The shoes as ordered were delivered to me Ireland on Tuesday 04/August and, this was a delay imposed by Monday 03/August being a Bank or Public Holiday here. The products as displayed on the Karrimor site I, found to be very competitively priced. The "value for money" is well above expectation given prices of competitor product. In all likelihood I will return to the site again shortly.”

“Product arrived on time and is great quality for the price. I had a pair of the same make and size for several years and they were absolutely fantastic. I've done many walks and climbed many mountains in all weather conditions without any problems at all. However, they eventually developed a tear and needed replacing. Therefore, I didn't hesitate to order the same pair in the same size - only this pair don't seem to be exactly the same size. They are just very slightly too small, which is really disappointing and I can't understand why. I have a four day mountain trek coming up soon so I will have to go and find another pair. I take size 13-14 and I rely on online shopping. It's not easy to try before you buy. That aside, these are great quality and highly recommended. Why pay more?”
