“The product is excellent but when it arrived the item had a sale label on it saying the price was reduced to £9. However, I was charged £26.99. I sent an email to the customer services but have had no reply. I could not find a phone number for customer services.”

“I have been charged the full amount of £69.99 but when the trainers arrived the sticker on the box says they are 50% off, can you tell me why I have been charged the full amount and can I be reimbursed?”

“The on line price for what I ordered was almost £60. When the goods arrived they were tagged as costing £24 in store. Still waiting for a response from my email to complaints dept - no phone number either”

“I bought my shoes online for approx £65. When I received them, there was a huge pink sticker on the box saying they were now £32.99. I am furious that this saving was never passed on to me, and am considering reporting this to Trading Standards as I am not sure this is legal.”

“The collapsible poles I ordered arrived quickly and are really good, however, there was little in the way of instructions and it took a few minutes to work out how to get the pole locked into position. It all seems simple when you know how, but instructions would be good!”

“It was easy to navigate the online shop. They stock Karrimor ladies walking shoes in a 3!! (finding ladies walking shoes in a size 3 is not easy) They are a brilliant fit. I also ordered a jacket, which is lovely. Everything arrived very quickly and boxed/wrapped very well. I will be purchasing other things.”

“I like my new boots. They seem to fit at home. My old Karrimors lasted 20 years! So that's good value in my book. The concern I have is the sizing chart. Neither the uk size conversion listed in the boot, the online catalogue or the sizing guide match. I've guessed my size based on my EU size. Brexit aside.... this reduced my confidence buying online and I largely feel I got lucky. I shouldn't have to buy a quality boot based on luck! The pic below shows a 14 uk vs the 12.5uk cited for a 48EU size equivalent. My advice, find your EU size from an old pair of shoes, you can't trust the info from karrimor. Shame really. I hope you can fix this admin info hitch that detracts from your products and my purchasing experience. As I say, I'm hoping they will be ok but I won't know for sure until I've worn them walking some distance outside, then an exchange may be refused... and would that be my fault given the circumstances?”
