“I wanted a lighter jacket for spring that you could remove the lining and was waterproof . Karrimors 3in 1 jacket was perfect. The price was very good and delivery very quick. It was very good quality and British made. Highly Reccomended .”

“Item i ordered was sent in the wrong colour, I ordered pink and it arrived in black. Was a xmas present for my niece so was a pain to sort the refund and purchase new present. Whilst the refund process itself was simple, I paid for delivery on the initial purchase which was not refunded. I also had to pay to send the item back, so overall was left out of pocket.”

“No order yet. No contact number to ring. And you send me a "how did we do email" well you did this. Took my money. Told me the order was being processed. Then a how did we do email. Missing the actual delivery. And it worries me you dont have a contact number. That tells me one thing.....im not impressed. You have no right taking money. Then not being able to make a call to sort it out. Its disguisting. What sort of a brand is that.......”

“First of all, I think the delivery time is very good, I can received my order within 7 days. However, I found the process status in your site is not parallel to real status. Let's say my case, the process status is something like- waiting in your warehouse for courier to pick up, at the moment I received the order.”
