“All fine except lack of agreement on delivery. Couriers need to contact customers to decide an acceptable time fordelivery for both. Courier should not just turn up and hope for the best.”

“The delivery was poor and had to be signed for so It took three days before it arrived. It wasn't a 10 carat diamond. When it arrived a small mans legging would not fit over my thighs. I am only 60 kg and have a 30 inch waist! It will now have to go back.”

“I bought an Avalanche Jacket ( m ) , and I am delighted with it . It is clearly evident that a great deal of thought and skill has gone into the design and manufacture of this jacket . It is Primaloft insulated , a big plus over down as it stays warm even when wet. The big double chest pockets are just where you need them , keeping storage well away from movement around your waist , the jacket is beautifully cut , loose around the shoulders , slim around the body with a good drop back to keep vital areas protected. The hood is a masterpiece , this is the only hood in my experience that does not impair vision , it stays put and you cannot see it when its up. I was embarrassed at the discount , I bought it for , Karrimor deserved better , I would have bought a black one too if I could have found it , well done Karrimor a great product.”

“Quality of Shoes / Boots purchased, appeared to be Ok, the finish was not brilliant, and if subsequently found out these were seconds I would not be at all surprised. I usually take a comfortable size 12, and bought a size 13, to wear thicker socks over the coming winter whilst wearing the purchased items. Even with normal everyday thin socks on, the shoes / boots were a very uncomfortable fit. I now have the expense of returning these shoes and boots. If this review is made public, then consider getting 1 or 2 sizes larger.”

“Ordered online via Sports Direct, paid for standard delivery and the coat was here within 3 days. My son normally wears Northface but he was fed up paying extortionate amounts of money for very little. His new Karrimor coat comes with a built in fleece and is completely waterproof (unlike his Northface) and the price difference? Well over £200. He is a convert, telling his mum she should get a Karrimor coat. We highly recommend this brand!”
