“Really disappointed with my trainers. Eagerly awaited their arrival because I am desperate for a new pair but sadly they didn't fit. I am generally an 8 to 8.5 shoe size. I ordered a 9 and could just about get my foot into them but couldn't walk in them let alone run. Had to send them back.”

“I ordered a rain cover for my karrimor rucksack as the one that came with it had become torn. The process couldn't have been easier as it arrived 2 days earlier than predicted and the price was hard to beat even when you add the p&p onto the total. Very pleased with my purchase. Well done karrimor.”

“Not happy, delivery standard was poor. shop didn't know what they were doing. Insult to pay additional payment for delivery when going directly to the shop that stocks the item for pick up, insulted again to find I could have bought it directly at the shop. miss the £5 delivery charge. Item appears to have just been picked off rack and thrown into plastic back without even folding. labels attached showing mega discount price in Euros. Won't be ordering again from on line store.”

“I bought two pairs of walking shoes via your internet shop and both the size is UK8, which should be equivalent to Euro42 or US9. However, I found that both your shoes are little bit tight and in my opinion, both of them are 1/2 the size smaller when compared with the size of other brand names, such as Reebok, Nike, and Vasque. Despite of the above, the quality of your shoes looks good and the price seems reasonable.”

“Better price than in the shops, even with the delivery charge, and very quick delivery for us. Only reason it's not 5 stars is that the product that arrived was faulty - but we got a very quick response from customer service when we contacted them about it.”

“Excellent service and next day delivery although postage is rather steep even for standard delivery. It would be great if you could add click and collect to your service for returns? Would make life soooo much easier. Otherwise, can't complain.”
