“Website well designed for consumers to select from all the available products but I would have liked more prominent info describing the differences between the different type of trainers - spent much time filtering my size/colour THEN had to decide whether I should choose Trail or Running type of sole. So yeah, it's great for me that Karrimore do size 6.5 (so damn hard to find on the high street) but regrettably (still faced with somewhat limited choice of colors for my size) I opted for Trail - not so good for bike or car pedals. Also it would be nice if website informed of any spec differences between men & women models.”

“Walking sandals dispatched quickly and kept up to date on progress. Sandals were as seen online. Only needed one pair so need to return one pair. Disappointed that unlike most other online purchases return postage is the customers responsibility.”

“Had problems when ordering a 'stock' item which turned out to be out of stock but when phoning the problem was resolved very quickly and a refund given which, was acceptable. We have since ordered more items from Karrimor.”
