“I sought out a Karrimor Rucksack to replace my old maroon Jura 25 which although still functional was finally showing its age. I originally purchased a Summit 30 online. OK for £9.99,but a bit too simple for what wanted. I then purchased an Urban 30 and Sierra 10 at Sports Direct. Again both reasonable value for the price paid. But I don't think that any of them will take the stick my original Jura has.”

“I ordered an Urban 30 day pack that I'd previously seen in a shop so knew it was what I wanted. I also ordered a rain cover for it, shown as one size, from the same website page. There was no indication on the page that the rain cover was for a 40-60 litre bag. Given that the Urban 30 was the only product on the page, it's reasonable to expect that the rain cover on the same page would fit it. I'm returning the rain cover to you for a smaller replacement, failing that, a refund.”

“Well made! Comfortable to carry! Enough space to carry operational equipment! Very fit for purpose! Recommend! Delivery by Hermes unreliable! As delivery required signature, had to wait in all day, site states traceable and delivery within 4 hour slot, none given, delivery 20:00 hrs. Seriously Not Impressed !!”

“You didn't good was for the shoes only although they are to small there is no information as to returning them to you for a larger size no invoice or address only a label with a barcode on it so I do not know how or where to return them to.”
