“The jacket i selected to buy is not available here in Pakistan, therefore i searched your website and found it there on reasonable price. But now I am not sure by when I will receive it in Islamabad because i have to go to Jordan on 25th December and wondering if it is possible to get it earlier? I sent an email to the courier service but so far don't have their reply. Best regards, Azmat”

“I ordered two rucksacks from " Karrimor" not sports direct. I could have gone to SD myself and saved £6.99 on postage and got the products earlier and without a tear/cut in the bottom of the bag. I am not sure who to contact with regards this issue? All in all very angry about the whole situation and will probably end up using the faulty backpack to go travelling with. Not happy”

“yes, the item in the plastic bag when i receive was open for Karrimor Cobra Cap the price that state in my invoice does not same the price was tag on my item, and the price that charge to my bank increase from the actual invoice that i was receive from email. i buy online, so i hope in online store you put the promotion to tell the customer like karrimor munro trs Moss - i buy one pieces online 17.00 in my invoice, your tag is 22.99 and your promotion is 2 for 34.00. i like your product and quality thanks”

“Hello, I am a customer which from Hong Kong. First of all, i was impressed by the logistic team when it only takes three days for me to receive the parcel. The bag comes with a pretty good protection packaging. This Karrimor Leopard 65 Rucksack looks practical and it does worth the price. And i will bring it along to europe for working holiday. Hope this wont let me down.”

“Ordered a size larger than I normally would (as they were walking boots) but they were so narrow I could hardly get my foot in. Also, Karrimor's emails once you have returned a product are difficult to understand. The email just said that they were sorry I'd changed my mind about the order. I didn't. The boots didn't fit, which I stated on the returns note. No mention in the email of a refund at all. And what is most annoying is that there is no customer service telephone number on their website. Wouldn't bother again.”
