“Package contained the right description of ladies sandals on the box but inside were a completely different pair! Wrong colour and style, no good to me at all. No invoice included either so was a real faff trawling through emails to find the right info to return the WRONG sandals, also had to pay to return even tho' not my mistake. Poor show, wouldn't recommend.”

“My name is Atakan, I live in TURKEY and i am a university student also an adventures person so i ordered two diffrent model of rucksacks for backpacking(jaguar&panther)___ that day(17.08.2017) i recieved my cargo. i unboxed them and then i saw panther model has a problem. its divider is not working because it should seam together with main component but it came to my hand with this problem. what should i do? i cannot use the divider for seperating? :/”

“Delivered on time, in proper boxes so they didn't get squashed. I wear out a couple of pairs of these Antibes sandals ever year or so as they are the only thing I wear, rain or shine. I even tramp around wearing them in the snow. This is either my third or fourth repeat order of two pairs over the last few years, so you must be doing something right ;-) The Velcro adjustment means they can still fit when one foot or the other is periodically swollen up with gouty arthritis. Ordinary shoes or boots don't allow me this flexibility, and the sandals dry out quickly when wet if used in rotation. Other point in their favour is the uppers and the Velcro usually outlast the soles. Some other makes still have mileage left in the sole when the uppers are falling apart, which can be very irritating.”

“Your courier does not deliver. I have now had 2 parcels, one as Sports Direct and one as Karrimor. They both said "Return to Sender Requested". This is NOT true. I have not spoken to any of your couriers. I suspect that this relates to an incident around the time of the first delivery. I work from home and was in an important conference call when a courier called. Never the less I asked the people on the call to excuse me for a minute so I could answer the door. By the time I opened the door the courier had gone. A couple of minutes later I looked out of the window and there was a courier sitting in a van waving his arms around. I opened the window to talk to him (although by this time I had resumed my conference call) but he shot off like Lewis Hamilton. So, I DID answer the door but he did not bother to wait until I had done so. I have NOT spoken to him. I DID NOT refuse the parcel or ask him to return it. The second parcel did not appear at all so it appears that your courier has decided that he is not going to deliver to me. I love some of your products but if you can't get them delivered then I am wasting my time ordering them. I find this particularly annoying because as I work from home, I regularly take in parcels for all my neighbours. I treat couriers with respect and try to help them when the people they are trying to deliver to are not there.”
