“You didn't good was for the shoes only although they are to small there is no information as to returning them to you for a larger size no invoice or address only a label with a barcode on it so I do not know how or where to return them to.”

“received 2 pairs of sandals - one pair looks as if they have already been worn!! no proper packaging in box or labels!!! Very unhappy - awaiting response from customer services! Pair that looked worn actually cost £10 more - why ??”

“I felt the size guide was a bit misleading. Ordered xl trouser which match your size guide but they were way too tight. Feel aggrieved that you have no free return policy. And I emailed on Sunday asking about if there's another delivery charge if I ask for an exchange and still not had a reply.”
