“On Wednesday your crappy computer system bombarded me with 3 emails about various micro status changes of my order. On Thursday you sent me an email about Black Friday offers. On Friday you sent me the same email. Today - Saturday - you send me another 3 emails. The 1st about some other micro status change in my order then followed up a couple of hours later with another saying order ready to collect. Finally a 3rd email asking for feedback. Answer- TOO MANY BLOODY EMAILS Most were pointless emails about micro status changes in my order and then unnecessary repeat of one about black Friday offers. This sort of email deluge makes me run away from the company.”

“I emailed some questions about the product rucksack and men jacket, but unfortunately the answer was ' Unfortunately, the only information we have regarding products is displayed on the website. We are not able to provide any further advice on products. Reference: CAS-1754294-B0D5T8' Therefore I have not purchased some expensive rucksack and men jacket. Please improve.”
