“By delivering the product quickly. However, your total lack of a telephone-based customer service is frustrating - I wanted to order another identical product, found that it had disappeared from your website and had no way of finding out what had happened.”

“Price and delivery where very fast. The only thing i am not entirely happy with is: The colour of my Covert 30 on the inside is blue. If Karrimor would add some more pictures in their Internet shop, this would prevent people of these surprises. Otherweise a good back for the price, and very roomy.”

“The shoes arrived in no time, but I didn't like that one of them was with a flaw in the front. Otherwise the shoes are warm and comfortable, I like the quality which is yet to be fully tested in the forthcoming months.”
