“The goods were great and exactly as described. Sadly your delivery company Yodel were very bad. Eventually arrived after driver lied he had been and put a card through letterbox and then had to go and collect from depot to be told it had been lost. Eventually they must have found and delivered. Please change your delivery company.”

“Very good service and high quality shoes. Also a very fast delivery service. Giving 4 because the delivery charge is kinda high and they really need to include a carry handle in the packaging because it's awkward trying to carry a sealed box of shoes when you haven't been able to buy a 5p bag upon collection due to buying online.”

“Good value and efficient dispatch of order. I also liked picking t up form shop rather than waiting for delivery. However I was dismayed at the amount of plastic used to wrap 2 pairs of sunglasses collected from the store. Please think about other ways to protect the items for delivery...”

“Quick and efficient order and delivery process. Box arrived a little squashed but contents were ok as they were shoes. I have been having Karrimor shoes and boots for a while and my only quibble is the minor differences in width across the toes from one pair to another. Common for other shoes as well when purchased in store but a pain when you buy on line.”
