“Ordered 2 x running shirts & a lightweight fleece on Tuesday. Goods despatched Wednesday & arrived Friday - excellent service. Goods represented, in my view, outstanding value for money - the ladies lightweight fleece especially was better quality than expected. I have quite a lot of Karrimor kit, have always been very happy with the brand quality, and this latest addition did not disappoint. I expect to be buying more from Karrimor in the future.”

“I ordered a 3 in 1 jacket which was dispatched quickly in fact it arrived within two days! The jacket is really nice and I love the colour (pink). Excellent service I would certainly recommend Karrimor to friends and family.”

“I found dealing with this company very good. I have ordered twice from them, both times delivery was quicker than expected. I had a problem with my second order, which was quickly rectified and avoided me paying postage twice. I have been satisfied with the goods purchased, so cannot comment on returning products.”

“The gift set was fine but there were far too many stickers on it. It was a present so this meant that I had to sit there and scrape back all of the stickers. but overall it was very good”

“I ordered the rock climbing shoes for a camping trip to Uluru. I love the shoes, Granted I've not worn them yet but they feel so comfy I've no doubt they will be perfect for the job! They were delivered quickly with no fuss.”

“The labelling on the jacket and price tag were different I ordered an extra large (on the price tag) but the jacket was only a medium I had to exchange at a Sports Direct outlet and because they didnt have the same jacket in stock had to pay an extra £70 Love the jacket though”

“I always buy your mount low ladies trainers for work as a post lady,I've had so many pairs as they are so comfy ,however... The last four pairs have been very poorly made,have you changed the glue? The soles that come over the toe end on the top come unstuck after only two months,I keep buying them as I love this trainer but this will be the last if they do it again!!”

“Reasonable delivery lead time, although I think having to pay for returns as well as delivery is a not really acceptable, especially when some of the imagery and explanation of footwear particularly is not very comprehensive. Returning a pair of Calicos sandals bought for husband because it was not clear that there was no opening around the ankle as with the ladies Ithaca sandal.”
