“Service was excellent, goods arrived quickly and safely. Downside was the 5 ( counting this ) emails that have come through from Karrimor and then there was 2 more emails from the carrier, its just too much !!!!!!!. Suggest you carry on with the good service but ease up on the emails as it is very annoying. I simply needed to know that my order was received and the date it would be dispatched, could have been on ONE email not SEVEN.”

“The Karrimor online shop (karrimor.com) is run by Sportsdirect. Service is first class; next day delivery on a 6pm order and good communications, branding is Karrimor but website (and presumably fulfillment) is from Sportsdirect.”

“I am very disappointed, not with the products, but by the level of service. I paid extra to have next day delivery which didn't arrive but neither the despatch company nor Karrimor have got back to me. I shall be asking for a full refund.”

“A very quick and efficient service. We were told the parcel was expected on the Friday and it arrived Wednesday! Excellent! A brilliant rucksack, too. Perfect for our nine year old daughter to carry her stuff for a day's walking. We will buy from you again”
